Confusing in weather condition???

In the Heart events section for Witch Princess, the Yellow Heart Event showed the condition is: "Rainy Day - Not on Cloudy Days". If the day is rainy, it obviously not a cloudy day. Am I missing something?

In addition, the event cant be triggered in rainy day, I am waiting for a drizzle day to see if the event can be triggered.

I was also confused a little about the wording at first. Just take it to mean that there has to be some type of rain in the weather and it will work. It does also work on drizzle days just fine, since there is rain, albeit just a little. I have gotten most of the heart events and regular events that call for it to be rain on the drizzle days just fine.

Yeah when i try it again it still work. Maybe because the game design such that 2 heart event cannot happen too close to each other? I also cannot trigger chelsea's green heart event, which require no special weather condition right after i triggered her blue heart event. Chelsea is now have orange heart. or maybe i am wrong somewhere, please correct me.
