Not likely If you used cheat-codes you could do it in a month, but for the Building points you need to own the Seaside cottage (from AWL) and Mountain cottage (50 year aniversary gift).

The easy ones to get are the Villager, Animal, Shipping, and Equipment. Cooking requires you to win the cooking festival a lot since there is a limited number of recipes you can receive from the villagers in the game. The event one is also incredibly difficult to raise because each event is only worth 1 to 5 points, and there is a set number of random events. Luckly you earn 1 event point if you use a previous-winner animal in the festivals; if you used a new animal you would receive animal points intead.

So earning all 10k points is not possible to do (without cheating) in a month's time I've been playing for over a year and I'm only at about 7600.

the one at 4:44 is an "easter egg"....since in Japan 4 is unlucky, but here in America it's 6...if its a glitch that thing popping on an doff on and off wouldn't happen...

garnet... I've never once heard of the number 6 being unlucky and I've lived in the states all my life :p. 13 is the unlucky number of choice (like friday the 13th, etc)

Indeed it is a glitch... but it's not like it's a game stopping glitch. It's very easy to avoid, and you aren't very likely to stumble onto it by accident let alone onto it several times by accident. I think the majority of people that find it, do it on purpose just to see what happens. The "curious cat" syndrome.
