I've only just fully realized that Yuzuki has the same hobby as me. (He makes jewellery and hair accessories.) Hmm, another point for Yuzuki. But I'm still at a loss. This is an interesting situation for me...I've never known this much about the characters before but still not been able to develop a leaning toward one of them above the others. It's going to be fun going through events and dialogue to figure out who hits me the hardest. They all have different charms and I don't know what appeals to me most, yet. Probably even more than events, it'll be their regular daily dialogue that decides me, since that's what you end up seeing the most of and what you'll get tired of the fastest. But I'm not sure of anything. We'll see

Well, I know I'll be going for Ludus and Siluka.

Then Iluka and Lisette.

Then Hinata.

After that who knows. I'm not particularly interested in Inari, the dlc ones, the other Japanese town people, or Wayne.

Ford maybe, but eh.

I never have enough save files for my wants.

I haven´t decided yet, who I´m going to marry or as what gender I´ll be playing.

Ludus, Hinata, Wayne, Yuzuki and Kasumi seem intresting for me, but I often become more familiar with them, so I decide, when I play the game.
I have married Kasumi in Gran Basar, so I´m intrested, if the acts similar or different.

Looks like I´m going to play as female MC in my first save file.

I'm still a bit torn between Ludus and Yuzuki, I'll just pursue both and see which one I end up liking more

I do like the look of most bachelors in this game. So far the top contenders for me are Yuzuki, Ludus, and Ford. I am interested in Wayne, but I wish he didn't have the whole "cowboy" persona. In Sunshine Islands, Vaughn had the cool cowboy look, and it was okay, since he didn't have the cowboy accent to along with it. However, in the localization blog from XSEED, they managed to make Wayne look interesting.

Yuzuki is supposedly sweet, but I am worried that it might come of a little boring. Ford seems intriguing but I don't want him end up being too stuffy, like Klaus from SoS. I do love Ludus's appearance a lot, but I have no clue on his personality other than he acts like an older brother to the twins.

In ToTT, I ended up marrying Cam. When I played AP, I ended up marrying Julius (I don't know why, he really wasn't my favorite, I liked Wizard). I love ANB, but I never got married or even started dating anyone. I wanted to wait until everyone moved in, but it took me like 2 in game years to get Amir and Sanjay (stupid yams! I never had anyone trade me seeds through MP). @Kikki, I know you love Sanjay, is he really that sweet? I want to play ANB and actually marry someone.

Finally, in SoS, I started dating Klaus, but got annoyed with his blushing face, so I stopped playing. I restarted it now, but I have no clue who I want to marry (not Fritz though, I can't get over the bandaid on his cheek. I also am not to keen on Kamil since I married Cam in ToTT).

My problem with the game is that I don't like the art style as much so most of the candidates don't look very attractive to me outside of the art shown in the guidebooks. In SoS everyone was pretty to me, even Klaus somewhat. In this game I don't like how Komari, Kasumi, Hinata, Ford, and Wayne look. I suppose this made it easier to choose who I want to marry but I like to get to know a lot of the candidates-usually. I'm going to marry Yuzuki and Ludus, and if I ever get bored of one of them or if it's easier to marry Ford I might marry him. Ludus and Ford do have the cutest children in my opinion.

I'm surprised I hate Wayne so much considering Skye and Vaughn are two of my favorite candidates. Maybe if he didn't have blond hair and brown eyebrows or an accent...and to think, this sod is the one Nanami marries canonically. One of my biggest pet peeves is people who look similar getting married.

If I could stand being the male protag I'd marry Iluka and Lisette hands down.

Before I read XSeed's blogs on the Bachelorettes and Bachelors I was only set on Inari but now it's changed a lot for me personally.

Bachelors I personally prefer are Yuzuki, Ford, Hinata, and Ludus while Bachelorettes I personally prefer are Kasumi, Komari, Iluka, and Siluka.

I think for my first file I'll marry Kasumi while in my second file I'll marry Yuzuki.


A brief random topic but Kasumi really resembles and reminds me of the manga version of Rei Hino/Sailor Mars in a way, am I the only one who sees the resemblance? And am I the only one who can see that comparison? Sorry for the brief and random topic change but I really wanted to ask.

I have to admit that I was originally totally set on Ludus (with Yuzuki for my second file) but after seeing the kids I'm now leaning more towards Yuzuki for my first file as I find his kids to be the cutest (and then Ludus for my second file)

In SoS, I went in with super high hopes for Raeger and Mistel. I completely dismissed Kamil and Klaus, forgot Nadi existed, and was on the fence with Fritz. Actually playing through the game and seeing the events, I ended up super disappointed and uninterested in Raeger and Mistel, with Kamil still being dismissed. But! I grew to absolutely love Klaus and Fritz, and Nadi got to that teetering edge. The only ones that I stayed steadfast with were Iris and Licorice, and I surprisingly grew to like Elise.

It's strange to me how people manage to have preferences in the candidates' children. To me they look NO different. The fact that their hair (and eyes) are different colours doesn't really differentiate them to any significant degree, for me. So I'm not able to use the kids cuteness levels to help me decide...they're all the same, in my books.

It's fun to go into a game already feeling like I like ALL the candidates. It's going to be interesting to see what ends up deciding me on one or another. Let's all report back on this after we've been playing a month, lol.

Oh, okay! I meant more like a unique design like the rival kids from Animal Parade, with unique hair/eye styles.

I was originally thinking I would go for Yuzuki first, and then maybe have a file for Ludus later. I don't think I've really changed my mind, but I like all the bachelors this time around, and I will probably try to see all five of their events before I pick anyone since sometimes I change my mind.

My husband just called me a weirdo for wanting to get married in what he refers to as my "stupid moo cow game" lol. Considering the only games he has ever played in depth in his entire life are WoW for the last 8 years and occasionally Diablo 3, I told him his opinion is null and void

Still going for... no one! With so many pre-dating events, I know I will need to see every single one before I decide. For instance, I literally recoiled at Wayne's concept art, but his intro sounded cute! So, I will definitely need to report back after I've played for a while. I still like how pretty Yuzuki and Ludus are, though.
