I stopped playing this game around Year 1 of Autumn and when I played it again. I forgot what I am doing...
Should I restart the game?

You should be able to restart by hitting "new game" on the main menu.

You can also look up your quests in the menu which should give you an idea what you were working towards and check and see what seeds you have unlocked with Sam

I'd restart. That way you can relearn what you need to.
