I just exclaimed "CAPY CAPY CAPY CAPY :DDD" in real life oh geez I'm so happy to see them.
I'll probably only get one copy of 3oT, physical, and use my powersaves to have as many save files as I need... I don't usually do very much with multiple files, though, since I run split files instead i.e. raising all the candidates I fancy in the same file and then splitting it once I finally ask someone out in like, Year 4.
I have both a digital and physical copy of SoS but, if I had gotten a physical copy first I probably would have never gotten the digital. .w. Having a self-trading partner is nice and all but heck, I live in a house with another SoS player.
The only thing bugging me is, Xseed is so small and may go forward with DLC, in which case I really might feel loyalty enough to *want* to buy more copies. I couldn't split those though so it wouldn't work with my play style well... mrrgrrgrr.

I never cancelled my Amazon pre-order. I never had problems with them before and was sure that wrong date is a mistake. I am also sure that I will get it on release day.
I would be glad to get more that one copy if any of my 3 adult children will play, but they say that they are very busy with college.
Maybe girl will play if I buy game for her.

WHEW I preordered my copy after much procrastination. I hope they haven't run out of the capybara plushies. Fingers crossed!
I also have a rewards certificate built up from rewards points so that's a win in my book.
I feel an intense need for this game whenever I see a screenshot are a snippet of information. It needs to be the 28th already.

...welp. My partner's amazon student prime expired, so I lost the special 31 dollar price. Luckily it kept the shipping price and 'original 2 dollar discount' :/

I was told by an Amazon rep that you still get the Prime discount if you pre-order before it expires. Maybe contact support about it? Then again, each rep is pretty finicky with Prime and what it can/can't do.
On that note, I ordered from Amazon and was given misinformation about Prime and pre-ordering, so support is hit or miss really.

Has anyone's Amazon order updated the delivery date? Mine's still saying they need more time to provide an estimated delivery date. I'm not too worried but it would be nice to have the game the day it releases since I was able to get my shipping upgraded to one day.

I got an email over the week stating I will be getting Release Day Shipping for Febuary 28th. I DO live hear a new distribution center though, so I'm not sure if that comes into play or not.

Yeah, last year when my student Prime expired I still got the discount and two-day shipping for TPHD even though it expired like a month before release date. Have they changed this?

I've gotten confirmation twice from reps that this hasn't changed, that if you pre-order while Prime is active, you still get the Prime price even if you end up not renewing it later.

That must be specific to Amazon.COM then, because it's definitely not the case on .ca. Specifically, the product page lists this:
Spoiler:
If anyone can't see that image, it says that you must be a Prime member at the time of delivery. But that's the Canadian Amazon site; I don't know anything about what the US one says.

Yeah, for .ca you definitely must be a member of Prime at the time that the thing is released to get the discount and release-date shipping. I've seen people coming up against that before in the Amiibo community, and the reps won't do a thing about it for you if that's the case.
For .com, maybe it's different! I poked through some help topics and it didn't seem to be mentioned anywhere whether you still had to have your membership to get the perks. (I mean, it seems fair to me that you would still need to be a member... but it's possible that they operate differently, of course.)

I guess it is different between the two sites! I use amazon.com (and I'm assuming Kibougamine does as well), so I guess Nurylon is using .ca?
Sorry for the confusion, I guess we should specify which site we're using haha.

I poked around the pre-orders, then visited the Amazon.ca site. There's no banners like that in the pre-orders I checked (on Amazon.com), so maybe that's just another difference between Amazon.com and Amazon.ca?
@gossipstone; Yup, I use Amazon.com! Sorry for this confusion!

It's not your fault! It's easy to assume that the two sites would operate the same, but 3oT has proven otherwise haha.
Kikki, where did you take that screenshot? I'm looking around and don't see any disclaimers under the Prime stuff (other than the usual), but I could be looking in the wrong place.
EDIT: I've just looked at my preorder, and it's showing up that it should arrive by the 28th, so I think everyone else using Amazon.com is probably good to go now.

I visited the Amazon.ca site, and found that banner right under the general info for 3oT. There's nothing like it on Amazon.com as far as I've checked.
