Wild Season

I discovered this PC/FaceBook game that seems to be a mix of Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing, Rune Factory, and Thousand Arms. Well, at least that is how its description describes itself. I have not yet played this game, but it does seem to be fun, I watched videos of it.

Honestly, the way Wild Season has been handled has me not very happy with it. I backed it on kickstarter and have it on steam due to that (well, what part of it is on steam). I was really looking forward to it, but when the devs go quiet so much that people (including myself) keep thinking it's been abandoned, it's worrying. I wonder if the game will even be finished at this point.

I agree it looks very good, and the devs last post was in December, which surprised me because I was sure it had been abandoned entirely. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Was following it also and was a little disappointed when they decided to release the game in pieces (episodes). Still watching it, but I probably won't buy it until it's complete and I can get the whole game in a bundle.

Agreed that it looks interesting, but like Melody said they abandoned it for ages before popping in to say that they essentially still have no updates. I understand that they're apparently switching teams, but it's nice to let people know what's going on when they paid for a still unfinished (and quite buggy, according to some) game.

I'll definitely look into it if it ever gets completed but until then I wouldn't bother.
