I use an extra box near my makers in the west field because sometimes I need to unload all the things I made and another box near my fields in the south field to get to my seeds easy, but yeah, I get that you might not want them. Luckily Ludus can dissassemble them to recoup some of the materials and free up you farm circle list. I wish the indoor were prettier too, though.

Already having trouble making room for farm circles I need/want though. Compared to SoS, animals take WAY more space alone. That's not taking into account anything else I need. I'm pretty sure in SoS the barn and coop only took 1 square and held 4 animals.

Anyone find upgrading the range for anything other than the watering can to be more of a hindrance than it does help? I'm glad there's a way to downgrade the range.

Like upgrading the range on the hoe, axe, hammer, and scythe... if you aren't careful, you could till plots you don't want (and watering empty plots wasting your liquid fertilizer), accidentally chop down your fruit trees while trying to get rid of a random regular tree, or cutting all year crops when trying to cut down wilted/dead crops at the end of season all because the range was too big?

Yep. I did the axe and almost immediately downgraded it again once I realized it was pretty much actively harmful.

Also, finally caught my first Kingfish of this title! Woo!

I was wondering why the option is even there. Compared to the watering can, which you use almost everyday, the other tools are just better as single things. I actually knew the scenarios you described were gonna happen with me. Never trust your tools around your crops. They be evil.

D'aww, that's really cute! Rumor has it that there's also a cow suit, but I'm not 100% sure if that's true or not.

It exists! I unlocked it, and it looks pretty funny and cute.

I thiiiink it's an animal festival expert win reward, but I'm not sure.
I'll upload a pic as soon as I get home. ^^

Yeah, I earned it a long time ago. It's a lot creepier than the penguin though. I got a panda suit too. Soon enough I'll have all the animal costumes.

Here it is~
Spoiler:
It has a cute zipper detail on the back!

I'm pretty sure the headgear model from the set is the same as a normal cow's head.

Getting clothing as reward for festivals really motivates me and I really hope it'll return in future games.

It's nice to see that Siluka's newborn baby is dark-skinned, and if I look close enough...they even have a small tuff of purple hair! I love the level of detail in this game, even for the smallest of things. :bunny:

What affect exactly if any does fruit stars or %s have?

I did my first fruit fiesta in my new game+ and first one I paid attention and it was... Disappointing...

I gave mostly 4 1/2 star grapes and a few 3 star and got mostly plums and 1/2 star on nearly every one and nothing above 1 star.

I swore I read it did have an effect but doesn't seem so.

At least the people are happy, but the lack of anything good was disappointing for the first tome I paid attention to what I got.

IIRC, the way the Fruit Fiesta gifts work is friendship-based: the more hearts a Lulukoko villager has, the better the fruit they give you is. The people you have high friendship with tend to give you their gift before you give them yours (unless that's the first thing you do), so what you give them has no bearing.
