Thank « Harvest Goddess » for part-time jobs because I'm always broke. T.T
Congrats. I'm always broke so I actually have to give up and sell my gems.
Good mining is basically you let the mine points 'rest' by not mining them for 3 days. Then they give you gems.
Bad mining is mining them everyday, so you get rocks, pebbles, glittering stones, black stones and the like.
Iron and copper are just found randomly.
The mining has improved a lot, but I kinda wish black rocks were buyable.
Upgrading tools was the correct choice, especially the watering can and hammer. The axe is next because trees take forever.
Also, I hate hurricanes / typhoons, whatever.

Everyone has their own interpretation of people's words. But generally I found by actually playing the game you understand them a lot more than just reading about it. I read so much about Ford due to talesofthreetowns constantly posting about him, but in game, it's easier to grasp his personality, sometimes reading it through another person's eyes isn't the same.

Just met Kasumi.....yeeeahhhh
I'm sure she's probably got some nice events, but her "I dislike men"/immersion-breaking schtick makes it so that I'll be avoiding her at all costs >_>

Oh my gosh
I just met Kasumi and during the prior to game release thread this happened:

She would be like, the BEST flf character. Ever. Her story would be amazing from that viewpoint. If there were actual gay/bi characters and not just crossdressing.
*bangs fists on table* let kasumi marry girls
And I agree with it ten thousand percent more now omg
Let Kasumi be a lesbian, let me marry a lesbian wife, because I actually fell in love with her immediately and I hate the only dating storyline that's available way more now.
Stop the narrative that she just hasn't found the right man yet /slams fists on table/

Yeah I had that same thought. It's really frustrating

Yeah, I just feel guilty now for going along with what everyone was saying, thinking "I don't know if that's true but it sucks if it is", instead of investigating and proving it false. Especially since I said not to jump to conclusions, so I'm a hypocrite. The events were really clear cut and didn't leave too much room for interpretation. In my first file I was already dating Yuzuki before I got to see Ludus' events, so I didn't feel like making another file to woo him at the time.
I don't want to spoil too much, and I've only seen up to the green event, so I'll try to be vague (it's still a bit spoilery), but...

Just unlocked Tsuyukusa! I'm now at the 8th day of Summer, with Westown at C, Lulukoko at D and Tsuyukusa obviously still at E. And OMG the Tsuyukusa children are so adorable and precious! It's definitely my favorite town in the game.
Weird/funny things I've experienced so far:
-pressed 'L' next to Alma, she told me to "Just go away". Never expected such a happy little girl to be in such a bad mood, lmao
-Found Frank casually playing his banjo-guitar randomly in his house
-Iluka doing some extreme dancing at the shrine
-I noticed how Frank is mainly a dairy farmer, with lots of cows and only one sheep. Megan is the opposite, she only has one cow, and lots of sheep.
-The first words out of Hinata's mouth, was that I was Ginjiro's "secret love child"........uh, what XD
-lovin' the puns with Ra Mans Wholesale store, and Tea-Ful Reunion!

(FAMILY MEANS NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND)
That's... adorable. And honestly really relatable? I'm not playing an F!MC and that still makes me really happy to have cleared up, Ludus is such a good.
Now I feel obligated to share this with anyone who crosses him off their list for the brother-sister thing but I don't want to throw spoilers in random context OTL

Aren't they great ???
Latest-post-edit:
Oh fun, I just won my first Fishing Trilympics festival! I had the time slow effect (and numerous others) and so I was able to catch plenty extra. It was completely unplanned which I find kind of funny, esp since I've never had a buff on my character before.

I'm marrying Ludus on my girl file, so I shall see it for myself, this awkwardness you speak of :D
And speaking of 'dense', Tototara mentioned this if you talk to her. She says her grandson is great, but dense when it comes to romance.

I thought the dress was kinda bad.
While your starting shack is kinda bad, it has nothing on SoS house.
Speaking of people, Siluka's second friend event was great. The Lulukoko candidates are definitely my favourite.
It's kind of strange, the hoarding is less in this game, 90% less, but it's still there. I'm deciding to kick it, because I want to sell stuff for money. You know, gems.
Also I want those sweet food buffs too! But I've been neglecting my cooking because I'm not buying recipes and I'm stingy and short on ingredients that are not milk / eggs.
Whatever. I at least have my priorities sorted out. Upgrading the watering can especially lets me get stuff done 50x faster. In less stamina.
I also need to get the dairy maker, and all the materials are buyable... everything is expensive man. I am poor. Poor! Because I hoard. What am I doooooiiiiiiiinnnnnng?????

It wasn't so bad for me, since I do enjoy the formal and strict, no-nonsense personality types, and I was going for her in my boy file at first.
Then I found out that it was at least in part because of Daddy Issues(TM). That killed her completely for me as I can tell from experience dating psychologically damaged people does not usually end well, regardless of which way you swing. Yes, I know that because of plot rails the MC will get a happy ending, but no thank you.
I will still be raising everyone's levels in preparation for making the next confession megathread (as I did for the previous game), but Siluka it is.
Girl file, though? So much Ford.

Ugh... Why does Spr15 have to fall on a Sunday?! Ludus's shop isn't even open today, and I want to start going over the house expansion with him!

Trying to get as much done as i can in the first year in terms if town ranks and my farm. I just finished the second farm tips and it only summer 22! I talk to everyone everyday but dont bother giving gifts ti anyone but Ford occasionally and the wild foxes everytime i can. This game is way easier when i understand it without having to google translate simple instructions.

Today I met the mysterious Mr. D, mystery armor man.
He even offered me words of encouragement after I beat him!
...I had to use wheat as my entry. Grows longer = more fertiliser.
Witchie is demanding I grow a rainbow mushroom or something.
And now armor knight is my rival! In farming.
On another note, I also won a stone tablet from the contest. Which magically appeared after I checked Mithra's memos. Of course.

It is SO obvious who Mr. D is that I'm not going to be surprised when he's finally unmasked.

Does he eventually get unmasked?
Edit: I mean it is obvious, but I hope the MC isn't all surprised by it. Hate it when they do that.
