I'm a daily saver but even just losing one day can really suck sometimes. Haven't had a crash yet but I'm only on Spring 7.

No crashes for me yet. Though I'm not too worried about losing data. I save everyday at least. (Spring 16)

I'm going to have to teach myself to save before bed rather than when I wake up in the morning, as has been my habit for years now. I've never tried to play with changing the weather or anything, so I never switched over to doing it that way instead. Blah!

I sent a message to XSeed on facebook in case they werent aware of the bug !

While Marvelous fixed a lot of bugs in the DLC patches, this is one that was never fixed unfortunately, just like the part time job one. Was present in the Japanese version as well.

Yeah, I've never been happier to have the obsessive ingrained habit of saving before bed EVERY NIGHT. Now I also save before taking PT jobs if any of them are the instant-transport tool-using jobs.

X Seed replied to my message with

"Hi! Thank you for the heads up. There might not be anything we can do about it at the moment, but we'll definitely make a note of it and look into it as best we can. I'm sorry that you experienced that. Hope you enjoy the game otherwise!"

I haven't had it happen yet but I always save before bed (and after an event or tutorial because I don't wanna have to go through them, especially the tutorials, again).

Just experienced this. Went to sleep on Spring 3 of Year 3 and it crashed. Reloaded the game and I am reset to... Winter 27 Year 2... Ugh... Set the game down because I am too irritated and frustrated to play through those days again right now. I will maybe pick it up again next week.

Guess I will now be a religious saver for before going to bed every night...

Oh and it is a physical copy on a New 3DSXL if that matters to anyone.

You play that many days without saving?! Holy mama. I have always been in the habit of saving everyday.

I KNOW right!? I have NO idea what I was thinking since I normally save every other day... must have just been caught up in prepping for end of year festivals and season change...
