Iluka's Friend Event, Playing Innocent help

Hey folks, does anyone know how to trigger this event? I am somewhat stuck on her progression and would love to catch up some. If anyone knows more about this, I would love to hear it. Thank you!

Has anyone triggered this yet? Already at dark blue. Any help would be lovely.

I think I just got it, it's called "The hardcore persona" you need to walk from North Lululoko to South Lululoko when it's dark

It was on Friday, before 8 pm. I'm in summer btw
