All The Different Fertilizers

The game has multiple fertilizers this time, which increase a different stat of your crops. Is there any particular order i should be using the fertilizers?

You start with colour, because that is always judged in contests no matter what. That's what fogu says, at least, in summer my second contest has colour and one other quality, the one you use sweet fertiliser to raise. Sparkly fertiliser I think. MC will drop by at the start of the month to let you know what other quality is being judged.

I raised colour, and then I just raised whatever I liked to.

I would leave Juicy for last, because it raises naturally (when you double water & maybe also when it rains)
