Does anyone know how/when to unlock Witchie? I really want to change my character's hairstyle and I'm not happy with my choice of skin tone/eyes that I made at the beginning of the game.
Hairstyle is changed by the stylist in Tsuyukusa, which is unlocked at the beginning of summer. Witchie is also unlocked around the middle of summer and you can have her change your characters face and skin color if you give her a fruit crop from Lulukoko (you can just buy one from the vendor)

Ok, I'm almost at the end of summer (24th I think) and she still hasn't unlocked yet. Does Lulukoko have to be at a certain town rank? Right now I have them at D rank.
