Ushi No Tane Forum

I read that you're supposed to be able to buy recipes from the restaurant in west town, but Brad only sells dishes. It says he's supposed to sell the coffee recipe when you have your town at rank D, I have that but he still doesn't sell any recipes?
Is there something I'm missing?

You have to upgrade your house so that you have the kitchen before he starts selling recipes, so if you haven't done that yet, that's the problem.
