Hopefully I'm not the only person who didn't know this before, but I just realized that you don't need to mash the 'A' button while fishing like you would have in GrB, TOTT, or other previous games. Now I feel like a complete loser for constantly pressing 'A' when a fish bites, when I could have just simply pressed the 'A' button once.

Anyone else finding themselves "realizing" certain things in the game that are maybe plainly obvious, or common sense knowledge that you didn't know before?

I did that out of pure instinct and I didn't even know you don't have to button mash ^^'
Might still do it though because it just feels natural instead of just sitting there doing nothing while my character struggles with the fish lol.

I realized that even if you're standing right next to a character while they're working, if you're too close to the counter (even if you're facing and standing right beside them; I.e on the wrong side of the counter) they'll act as if you're buying something vs. just talking to them. :/

I noticed that too lol.

I don't look down at the bottom screen often so it took me a while to notice some of the characters would just hang at the train tracks in Westown lol

Took me until halfway through fall to realize I could actually buy things from Ford. Apparently despite talking to him most days for most of a year I'd never once actually noticed I could click on his shop.

I just discovered about not having to button mash when fishing lol. I just decided to try hold-pressing 'A' while fishing to try if it would work (because I was worried my 'A' button was gonna break lol) and it did

I knew you didn't have to button mash but I do it anyways. It feels more natural considering the game acts like you're button mashing.

I actually get really bored if I'm reeling in a big fish because I don't have to press the A button. Sometimes I'll halfheartedly 'mash' it anyway to pretend the catching part is as engaging as the fishing part .w.

Is it just my game glitching, or is Lisette's food invisible? When I go to visit her around 1 PM, she'll be sitting at the table at the rightmost of the ground floor, making arm gestures, and mention lunch, but there's nothing in front of her...

Hehehe, makes me think of what happens if you go to a Cooking Festival and then proceed to not cook anything. (I didn't realize I didn't have any recipes, but just 'yolo'd for getting FPs).
