Westown rank D challenge help

It says I need to ship 30 crops of any kind to Westown. I shipped 30 potatoes to them, but the following day it still said 0/30 were shipped. Does a potato not count or something?

You did ship it to Westown and befor 17:00, right?

And after you got this lock?

Were you specifically shipping to westown, did you ship these potatoes after 17:00 - 18:00, did you ship these prior to the next day of when the link lock first happens?

if you shipped without putting westown as the favored one, not sure if you have any other towns open at the moment, also if you switched it to westown for example, it changes the day after you change where to ship to
if you shipped it after 17:00 - 18:00 then the supplies was already picked up, meaning that whatever you shipped after will have to be sold the next day
The third is just a safety precaution I take, given that there can be occasional glitches, unlikely, but a possibility.

I was going to say......did you reach the lock?

Stupid me thought that you could work on requirements before the rank lock but you can't unfortunately. Which doesn't make sense to me?

Ya, I had the lock. I'm not sure what wet wrong, but I shipped and 30 crops and the next day I went to rank C.
Maybe it was a glitch or something, who knows, but I guess this counts as resolved?

Actually. If you shipped something, it takes a day.
