Is there a way to know the weather forecast? I'm in Summer 15 but still dunno how to know the weather forecasting. Silly me.

There are 2 main ways that I know of: ask Iluka or Shuka when they aren't at work, or more reliablely, take a tsuyukusa crop to Inari and they'll offer to tell you.
