Need help on fruit trees and sunstones

Can you water your fruit trees more then once expect the bananas trees and plus I lost count of how many sunstones I have in the game

I think you only can water them once.

As for sunstones, Cher has a list somewhere on her guide that you can print out. How many have you gotten so far? The game tells you.
