Looking for some PC games to play! I like adventures like legend of Zelda / fantasy life and I like customization like harvest moon and animal crossing + interacting with characters

Try World of Warcraft. I also have heard good things about Stardew Valley.

These might interest you. They have the same general feel as the Harvest Moon games in my opinion.
I'd definitely check out Stardew Valley if you like HM/SoS/Bokumono games! It's a fun farming sim, reminiscent of the older Harvest Moon games.
Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale, cute item shop/dungeon crawler hybrid featuring cute characters.

Recommendation type: Zelda-like;
Ys I & II Chronicles+, atmospheric classic (a)RPG with an unique battle system. The game may feel a bit dated, but the OST is one of my favourites ever, it's absolutely beautiful. Wait for a big sale or try one of the newer games.

Recommendation type: (some) character customization/a lot of character interaction;
Dragon Age:Origins, real-time RPG. Lots of different dialogue options and interesting party members.
Baldur's Gate: EE & Baldur's Gate II: EE, kind of like Dragon Age, but it's older and follows D&D combat rules instead, which might be a bit difficult at first. Start with Dragon Age first and try these if you want more.
Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3 (couldn't find 3 on steam), shooters with RPG elements. Immersive storyline with amazing characters.

They all feature some kind of customised main character, dialogue/story options and romances! (ME and DA's romances are pretty cute, but I haven't heard much good about BGII's female MC romance.)

Recommendation type: Characters, story;
Final Fantasy VII, classic turn-based RPG. A true classic in the genre. You might like it?
Final Fantasy IX, more Final Fantasy! I love this one.
III to VI are on steam and they are pretty good, but their art styles are r̶u̶i̶n̶e̶d̶ unneededly changed. The original games looked better.
I prefer IX over VII, but VII is more iconic.

Visual novel like games/Minimal gameplay, amazing stories;
Narcissu 1st & 2nd, two pretty good visual novels. Aaaaaand ~it's free!~
planetarian ~the reverie of a little planet~, a cute little VN. It's a pretty good read, but it's a bit expensive because it's pretty short. I'd wait for a sale if I were you.
Steins;Gate, it's really good, but beware the infodumps. Some knowledge of otaku culture will improve your enjoyment, but it's not required. I loved seeing the main characters interact with eachother!
To the Moon, emotional story about a man's life. Hit pretty close to home for me.
The House in Fata Morgana, amazing visual novel spanning centuries. It's been quite a while since I read it and I'm still in love! It has a pretty big list of "trigger warnings" so to speak, so search around for them first, please!
The Zero Escape series, 999 was one of my first visual novels. The series is a bit gory (be warned!), but very mysterious and the plot kept me busy for a long time.

I hope this is good enough? I don't really play PC games much, so I hope you'll find something you like!
