The most file breaking thing I've ever done ruined the first file I had ever gotten married in. It was HM DS, and I had just married Cecelia-since elementary school me wanted the fastest route to love. I had gotten this bright idea to shove a bunch of cows and sheep into a single barn so there'd *technically* be empty space and one of my cows could give birth. I had an extra barn under construction already, but I didn't want to wait on it for my lil baby cow. I saved the night before (I think it was summer or winter?) so that I could manipulate the weather so all my livestock wouldn't die in the event of a collapsed barn. I don't even remember how I was able to load my barns up so much to begin with, but doing so caused the game to crash immediately upon waking up the next morning, when lil baby cow should have arrived
I had saved so late the night before that I couldn't sell any of my animals, so I had no way to prevent overloading the capacity of my barns. And my new barn would have been finished in one more day...

In Magical Melody, I realized at my wedding ceremony that I didn't like Alex and didn't want to marry him. Tried to back out of it and they keep saying like "oh don't be silly," or something, infinite hell of You Must Get Married. I think I turned my console off and never played again.
In ANB, there was a lot of stigma built up around marrying Rod around when the game came out, so I kind of brushed him off. Went out with Amir for over a year and realized that he was boring, and I really loved Rod. But breaking up in that game is soooooo hard.... I just stopped playing and made a new crossdressing file.

What is a file? accept that small memory location that holds our life? can a file really be ruined? See life is like a game file, it can become corrupted, and once corrupted one would need to pray that they had a backup, if no backup were to be found one would need to restart. Restarting is hard, this is why it's best to backup, and even then we must try our best to keep our memory files safe, we must copy our memory files, do our best to make backups. Sure hiccups will come our way, but let us look to our little 3DS machines and mimic them, when they fail to start or when a game corrupts all one must do is be fixed, we can all be fixed, nothing is garbage in this mechanical world.

Your philosophizing may be easier to keep track of if you had an account. Consider creating one![/quote]
In order to create an account one must have a computer, a keyboard, and an email account, but that is not all one must also have fingers. Thankfully I have fingers. These are the fingers I use to play Harvest Moon, a game that has brought many smiles to this face, much laughter, and much anger, many screens have been broken by the handle, that very same handle that I have played many Harvest Moon games on. Was it the screen that was weak and broken? or the player that needed to go to anger management classes? It would be like one who leaves a CD outside of the CD case and whines when it gets scratched cursing the CD, but... again is it the CD that got scratched? or was it the fool who left it out of the case? The CD cannot scratch itself, it's like an orange that cannot peel itself someone had to cause the ruckus. So I must make an account, keep the account safe from hackers, hackers hack things, their evil hacking ways can damage things just like a sickle when it cuts down a plant, it's good for some to be cut down, but for others it is not good, like in Harvest Moon when one tries to sickle a dead plant but accidentally sickles down a fully grown and ready to harvest corn plant only to have the corn disappear... but! did it disappear? wow that would not be realistic, so instead it more than likely did not disappear but instead an ant colony found it, so they would gather up their little ant friends to carry of that corn which would feed them for a lifetime that's if they keep the queen on a diet. See we too must insure that we diet to remain healthy, we need to watch our figures and keep a check on what we eat, we must avoid the 7 layer chocolate cake! one thing is we must never put a diet or restriction on our love for Harvest Moon, this game teaches us that there is more to being a farmer than growing crops and raising animals, it's also about wooing bachelors and bachelorettes, wooing until we can woo no more! We must woo the earth, until we find that special one whose heart beats red, we must fight until we reach that mountain to obtain the blue feather! for a feather is cheaper than a diamond ring! many want the ring but few want the feather! the one who wants the feather is the one whose heart is pure, for it is they who belong in the lovely story of the Harvest Moon.

Hahaha it would be awesome if HM let you get cold feet and leave someone at the altar, just in case this happens. Though I have a feeling that function would backfire and someone would accidently leave the person they did want to marry @_@Emurii wrote:In Magical Melody, I realized at my wedding ceremony that I didn't like Alex and didn't want to marry him. YES I can see it now. It would be cool if wooing a character for a second time meant you could have new heart events (that were laced with bitterness) but that would probably be too much work hahaGetaris wrote:"I know I kinda forgot our wedding ceremony was supposed to be yesterday, but I swear it was an accident. Will you please accept this egg as an apology?"
"Ok, but it will take a year's worth full of eggs before I accept that feather again."
In RF2, you can wedding crash and steal the bride if she's at a level where she would marry you. Not quite the same but still fun :'DTerra575 wrote:Hahaha it would be awesome if HM let you get cold feet and leave someone at the altar, just in case this happens. I think if they let you do that, you should have to confirm it three times, to make sure it wasn't an accident. It would be nice to have the choice. Maybe makes your not-spouse's heart go down 3 levels or something.
Yep! It's quite humorous, too:Terra575 wrote:WHAAAAT ARE YOU SERIOUS? They're just at a wedding, the MC goes "I love you!" and they run off together? That sounds like a great game. The Ninja wrote:Yep! It's quite humorous, too:Terra575 wrote:WHAAAAT ARE YOU SERIOUS?
