I just find the "you're all mine" lines neutral. They don't exactly bother me, but they don't exactly interest me. :? They could've used a better line, but whatever.

Basing on Hinata's personality, I interpret most of his "possessive" lines in a clingy sort of manner. Usually, when couples act this way in public (in medias at least), on-lookers interpret the couples as being really comfortable with each other (because such actions can be seen as childish, cheesy, etc). Typical love-birds behavior when they admit that they're being a bit greedy for wanting something seemingly selfish, imo.

Of course, there are a couple of lines that crosses the possessive territory though. I'm pretty sure all bachelors have a line or two that will be read as such, since everyone will have something to say at every event, but with slight variations to suit their personality archetypes.

^ I kinda agree. In Hinata's defence, I think he was supposed to be a passionate yet young/immature type of character. Coupled with the fact that he wants to be an actor, I guess he's pretty dramatic too. I don't *think* he's intentionally supposed to be possessive/yandere, he just doesn't feel like one imo. However, the smile dialogue does make me go :? ...

Well, while we're on the topic of possessiveness, you guys really weren't kidding when you said Hinata was more possessive than Yuzuki. In my curiosity, I took the time to sort through around 1,000 screenshots I had saved in imgur from the romantic dialogue collection thread, and this is what I found...(warning, there's a lot)

Just to add on to Hinata's posessive dialogue...
Spoiler:
A random Valentine Day conversation as lovers:

Random piece from a lover's birthday party:

^Don't really know if that's possessive, but he's the one who makes the move to kiss the MC, as she just kind of stands there dumbfounded.

Also don't know if this falls into the possessive, or the comfort category, but he says this in the marriage event when he walks in on the MC crying:

During the yellow flower event

When Hinata made the MC angry for hugging her in public:

Green flower event:

even if he was just "acting"...

Part of one of the family dinner conversations (only if your child is a boy)

Part of Valentine's Day as a spouse:

Not dancing with Hinata at the Festival of Plenty if you are married to him:

technically all of his after-marriage/dating dialogue for this festival is posessive.

^no Hinata, it's because everybody knows to leave the MC alone, since you'd probably kick their « Mr.Gourmet's hat » if she was pulled away from you.
Holy « Puppy Doodoo » that was a lot of text, but I'm not lying when I say he's full-on possessive at times. Most of the dialogue either is possessive, or borderline stalkerish/creepy if taken into contex. Now I don't know if I can ever see him the same way again, and this is coming from someone who married him  . Let's just say he makes Yuzuki seem like a pure, innocent angel.

I actually do like it when a guy is possessive though, yet I never even noticed his possessiveness until I took the time to actually read in-between the lines. Some stuff did go too far for my taste, like the Festival of Plenty stuff, that dinner convo with the son, that Valentine festival as lovers, and part of the yellow flower event. Note to self, if you don't like controlling/possessive/jealous, I would probably stay far away from Hinata, since he might not be your taste in terms of romance.

Is it just me but most of ^ didn't seem possessive to me at all, let alone stalkerish. But that's just me. And also, I just felt like sharing something about Yuzuki since I'm married to him
Spoiler:
Its just my opinion, but somehow I feel like Yuzuki doesn't like his kid that much? Well at least not as much as he likes his wife. He likes his wife MUCH more.

For example, during the star festival with a grown kid, your kid says something like "Mommy and Daddy are always lovey dovey, but today they're not?" Or something along those lines, I can't remember the exact wording. Anyway, after that, Yuzuki teases the kid and says "You want Mommy and Daddy to go off somewhere else and leave you here?" to which the kid replies "No, I want to be with you guys". The conversation kinda makes me a bit...disappointed cause it feels like Yuzuki and his wife are more concerned with each other than the kid on a daily basis, so much so that your kid notices. Also my opinion again, but the teasing was a kinda distasteful maybe? Since I've also married other people, I have to admit, most other husbands have a much better conversation with the kid than Yuzuki. Like for Ford's festival dialogue, he notices that your kid feels a bit lonley since their parents are always working and promises to spend more time together.

Then there's also pregnancy dialogue when he's like "I'm sad our life together (without a kid) is ending" which by itself is totally fine, but tying it together with the whole picture, I don't think he really cares for the kid that much...

I don't find Hinata that bad... Is like actually he is very insecure with himself, poor thing :(
I guess he's a really nice character, but with really hard and passionate feelings and emotions

In his defense I can say he has more cute dialogs that creepy ones
Just give him another chance :(

Yay, I guess I will go after him in my second file. But here I want to make a observation
Is almost impossible Wayne to be possessive, he always have a lot of girls admiring him, and this gives him a lot of security, you know ego, and is very possible that MC is not his first love(please, correct me if I'm wrong) and I thing that he and the other guys are just more mature than Hinata (he's the youngest) .On the other hand Hinata has like 0% of experience with chicks, you are his very first female friend! Also as we can observe in his love events he's the worst about heading his feelings. And I'm sure everyone boy in the world likes to thing that his girlfriend is only for him (could be in different levels) is just that he can't hide his insecurities...
Also I guess he's really fascinated with the idea about that a girl likes him (he has a fun dialog when he wonders why he doesn't have any female fan, only dudes) and could be a explosion of emotions for him.
In conclusion: he's veeeeery crushes on you that loose you could be the worst for him.
Aaaaand, I don't think he says that creepy dialogs with that bad intentions, he often realize how they would sound and he apologizes about them.

Looking at his dialogue it seems Hinata's just worried that you'll leave him, which is impossible. Possibly explains that "don't smile, I'm the only one who can see it," dialogue.

Guys he's afraid. Afraid of losing you to Wayne or whoever lol.

my deceased dad often tease me with what Yuzuki said during star festival lol, it's just a dad "joke" ? Idk, but for me Yuzuki tease it's perfectly fine for me

Yuzuki it's actually concerned about his kids, I remember he said he is afraid if his children will become sickly like he was, and it actually teared me up :(

I havent celebrate stargazing with my child yet, I'm on yr 4 spring, and I lost my desire to play anymore--

Yuzuki has a hard time expressing how he really feels.
He enjoys his time alone with Mc. I'm glad he not all marysue about the kid.
He knows once the kids here it's never going away. Their are scenes where he shows he likes his kid.
Yuzuki isn't really possesive but a little weird on some things.

I can't defend hinata on any of that especially since he spends all his time with yuzuki, when not working. I don't know if that changes at marriage but it why. I won't go for either of them. They have each other they are fine.

After all this it's crazy I plan on marrying my least favorite bachelor at the start of the game. I hated ludus at first but him and ford feel the most safest. Ludus of. Ludus has some possessive but he says sorry he is out of line and nana taught him better.

Wayne can be possessive too I guess, like that event where he gets jealous of your uncle and Brad for talking with you(?) lol. Anyway, at the end of the day, I think all the bachelors have a few possessive lines/events.
