I don't know about you guys, but I'm still holding back. Bokumono hasn't been the same since TLV came out, I just can't get into it anymore. But seeing that it's on PC makes me excited, because surely they have to bump the graphics up because it's a stronger platform, right?

That's true.
While the whole 'real/fake HM' argument is more personal opinion and usually a minefield of venom, this statement is definitely a flat fact.

Bokojou Monogatari is Story of Seasons now. Harvest Moon is a Natsume thing while Bokojou Monogatari is Marvelous/XSeed.

I had this problem over aspects in SoS and somehow have managed to avoid it in HM. No idea why it's worked out this way but I've been right there in the excited but not too much with HM.

I mean with it being on Switch, I'm going to be surprised for it not being 3D but y'all are probably right. I'm hoping for clean and nice images. The style has been different but interesting and I don't think it looks bad.

I'm wondering if they're going to go with bright colors since I've seen quite a few people saying they miss the bright colors from the old games and are getting disappointed by the muted ones in SoS. Honestly there was nothing better than FoMT/MFoMT neon green grass though.

Grass so green, it's probably radioactive.

I'm pretty neutral towards hype. It takes a lot to faze me. I'm not planning on getting a Switch so it coming out on PC has me watching this one. Not really excitement, just observing...

HNNNGH where is the best source for new info? I usually catch up to E3 news days late but for this I'm curious...

Typically, we would have seen at least an officially release trailer by now. The Lost Valley and Skytree Village both received one the day the show started, where as in comparison Seeds of Memories did not and we had to rely on some offscreen footage of it to get a glimpse, and as everyone might recall, it wasn't pretty at all.

Take that as you will. I don't want to worry just yet, but history has a way of repeating.
