I ask because I like to make Anpan Sweet Rolls for their effect. But it's a little inconvenient to have to wait for a month or so to grow my own adzuki beans, and I don't have enough farm space to grow a worthwhile amount of the stuff. Not while I'm busy building perfect crops and becoming the Queen of Pearl Farming, anyway. :P

So is it even possible to buy them? Like sell a certain amount to Tsuyukusa and they'll show up in Ra Man's? Or am I stuck growing my own?

Ya, planting is the only way to get them
What I would recommend is to plant them and then use the propagating fertilizer since it increases the amount of crops that you can harvest. I'm not sure if there's a max on how many crops you can get, but if you use the fertilizer on the adzuki beans every day for a month then you're bound to get plenty.
That's the only solution I can offer

As I recall, planting stuff in soft soil speeds up their growth too? Not very sure on the exact mechanics, but you could give it a try.

Yeah, using the soft soil (which is the stuff made with solid soil x 20, fertilizer x 5, and some other soil x 20) definitely speeds up growth. Use that stuff, make sure you water twice a day, and make sure to get some propogating fertilizer on them, and you'll have lots of beans in no time.

I've been doing the soft soil/double watering thing already. It still takes closer to a month than I'd like for something I'm eating like every day. I tried using Propagating Fertilizer early on in the game, but since I was focused more on the stats of crops I kind of put it on the back burner. I guess I'll see if the Fertilizer Maker will do Mega Propagating stuff.

Although doesn't the Scarecrow Family farm circle have a propagating effect? Because I have one. I didn't notice any real effect on my fruit trees though. Just an extra one to make a harvest of 10 fruit. =/ Even when there were a few days between harvests.
