Yes, they're in this game. One time I was playing this game around my sister and she thought I was playing Animal crossing.

Ha! I just completed Summer too xD. Well, they are alot less apparent in this game lol.

I knew what cicadas were because my family used to travel to Chicago every summer and there was always lots there (I've actually held one—they're massive!), but the noise still scared me the first time I heard it in HM64. Took me a while to figure out what it was.
