Oh, if only there were still rival marriages </3. Lately I've been feeling like playing Animal Parade again, just because of how much I enjoyed seeing everyone getting married and having kids! So, if there were rival marriages in this game...who'd you pair up with who?

For me it'd be...

Wayne/Lisette
Ford/Kasumi
Ludus/Iluka
Hinata/Komari
Yuzuki/Siluka

Also, was Animal Parade the last HM game to have rival marriages?? Oh, thought it'd be interesting to mention this...but, Iluka does hint at being your rival for Ludus. I forgot the exact words, but she says something along the lines of "You're definitely a worthy rival! For what, you ask? Oh you know!" Made me think she meant Ludus since she is not a farmer lol.

I totally forgot about Frank and Miranda lol! It's obvious that Miranda has feelings for Frank, since that one event where MC tells everyone Frank has a girlfriend...Miranda was so sad lol. They'd definitely make a cute couple! Does Miranda ever mention having a husband? I assume he passed away. I can't imagine a character mentioning divorce lol.

Miranda broke up with him soon after Noel was born. He apparently was pushing Miranda to continue on with her singing career, but she wanted to quit to look after Noel, and that was the straw that broke the camel's back for her. (She mentions that there were other problems, too, but doesn't elaborate.)

I'm not sure if they were actually ever married - I don't recall whether she actually refers to him as her husband or ex-husband specifically at any point - but it was definitely either a divorce or just plain ol' splitsville for them.

Westown all seems to have had her back through it all - I haven't yet seen anyone criticizing her for kicking him to the curb, and a bunch of folks say she's done a great job at raising Noel all by herself. I wonder if it would've been different had the tables been turned - had it been Miranda who'd been the one who wanted to continue her career, and her ex wanted her to stay home to look after Noel. Hmmm.

Yup. I got a line of dialogue from Noel (not sure what heart level she was at, but it was after my birthday and I know she got me a present) that says:
"Mama says she and Papa broke up when I was still a li'l baby. I don't remember my papa at all. Wonder what he's like..."

Poor baby... I want to adopt all the kids in this game!

Ooohhh, I didn't know this at all! I saw the line of Noel's about not remembering her dad, but I rarely talk to Miranda outside of store hours.

Oh wow, I never would have guessed D: this is the first HM/SOS game to mention an actual divorce right? I wonder if perhaps in future games, we'll be able to divorce and re-marry? xD
