If you marry someone who has family members living it town like Yuzuki, Ludus or Komari, do their parent or grandparents make any comments about being the grandparent/great grandparents to your child?
I know in past games if a bachelor/ette has a family member in town, that person doesn't even acknowledge that they're related to your child.
Is it the same in this game?

Yeah, they do. They offer a different variation of the "congrats on your child" message.
