So I was wandering around Tsuyukusa at night to creepily stalk people and see what they say in their sleep. I noticed there was this bell or chiming sound in the background. Any ideas on what it is? It actually kinda creeped me out, made it seem like there was a ghost or something wandering about
Might be like the Japanese culture equivalent of a wind-chime. That, or it's like a store's bell that they have at the entrance of a building (could be blowing in the breeze).
