Thyme question

What seasons does it show up in? I'm at the end of fall of year 2 and I need 2 or 3 more pieces. What season will it come back for?

I'm not 100% positive, but I believe it disappears in Winter and then comes back in Spring. If you're married, I recommend letting your spouse forage items for you, and then saving before talking to them. Hinata gave me 10 Thyme after resetting on my third try, which was convenient!

Yuzuki has never offered to forage for me and I've never had an option to ask. How do you get them to do it?

Talk to him on his days off. But it won't work on festival days. Talk to him in the morning if possible.

He doesn't have a job so I'm not sure what his days off are. I just talked to him bout 80 times and nothing. It's sunny, not a festival, and he just left my house either to sit in front of his grandparents house or stalk Hinata. D:

Also a nice tip to add, make sure your spouse is in a good mood. My poor hubby was moody for a full month, and wouldn't forage for me, even after putting him in a good mood.

I'm sure that one of Yuzuki's forage days is Thursday, but I can't for the life of me remember if his other one was Monday or Sunday. I think it was Monday but I'm not sure. You have to talk to them twice; being greeted in the morning even if you don't initiate it counts as talking, so sometimes it'll be the first dialog box you get from your spouse. After you get them to forage for you, talk to them after 18:00 to collect whatever they forget. If you want to save scum, save right before you talk to them and reload until you get the thyme you want.

A lot of people have said that it appears much more frequently in Spring of Year 3. Unfortunately I have not found that to be the case in my game

I collected more in Spring Y1/Y2 than I have in Y3 and Spring is now almost over.

I'm not sure if it still appears in Summer/Fall/Winter but if not I'm going to have to get Ludus to forage. I was trying to get it all by legitimately collecting it but this has been so incredibly painful.

Thyme is the bane of my existence, I swear.... I miss being able to just plant and grow the herbs. Instead the ones necessary for certain makers spawn in less than helpful increments, and the ones you don't REALLY need are all over the place. 8p

Also, Yuzuki will forage on Mondays and Thursdays, but not if there's a festival, or if it's raining.

Thanks so much guys! I guess I never talked to him enough times on the right days. One reset and I got 9 pieces of Thyme.
