What is Ford like?

I know a lot of people married Ford and said they made the right choice, so what was it about him that you really enjoyed? I'm curious since he's the only guy I didn't try to go for so know nothing about him.
Does he ever act romantic or anything like the other bachelors, he doesn't seem like one who would blush easily?

He blushes a lot actually. He's not super sappy like Wayne (and even Ludus). If anything, he's kind of stunned that someone like the MC would actually love him. There's a line somewhere (I know I've seen it in the romance topic) where he points that out to her. He definitely has the most character development our of all the guys if you romance him and, while he isn't to everyone's tastes, I think he's worth marrying just to see all the little extra things the team put into him.

I still haven't managed to marry him (that's for the second file), but he's just... this huge dork, imo. He's awkward, and oblivious, but he's not malicious or overtly insulting. Just... kind of dense. And his sense of humor is just weird enough that I enjoy it a lot.

Ford is......amusing. I got to see his few events for amusement before dating Wayne for real. From what I heard he can be romantic in his awkward way. He's not bad, just isn't the one for me. Can be a good friend though.

First of all, I'm curious about why haven't you try to go for him? If there's anything superficial about Ford that you don't like or just because he doesn't like the other bachelors, then I wonder if you would find him as your cup of tea as he is not the one who spouts sappy stuff in poetic words carefreely and praises you for your cuteness like Wayne and co. do.

What I like about Ford most is his hilarity and eccentric personality. He was the character who made me laugh most in this game. Sure there have always been "cold but eventually got warmer" type of character in SoS/RF, but Ford's weird sense and denseness set him apart from the other guys. He is just not plain rude or telling you to go away like the other boys in his trope either, and rather he may put people off by his blunt words and overanalyzing stuff.

Still, to answer your seemingly most important question regarding his romantic aspect...Ford is very romantic in his own way and honestly his wedding anniversary conversation and post marriage lines (DLC stuff, which curious enough is already leaked through script dump) are the sweetest among the bachelors for me. Yet, he can be sappy too, as revealed in his orange event. Too sappy actually, but still flavored with Ford's antics obviously.

His shows of love is also hinted to be not only not taking form in words or feelings, but also actions such as learning to dance for Goddess Festival, spending time experimenting in cooking sweets (which he loathes before) and tasty meals (despite he only cooks for nutrient before) to see you smile, yearning for direct physical contact with you (which he says a great deal for him as he is a germophobic who refuses to touch anything without having his gloves on before he dates you), spying on Wayne to see how one can sweet talk a woman (and he ends up making fool of himself/getting fooled by Wayne for most of time..which led to some funny or cute dialogues). Heck, the developer even has bothered to give him an alternate scene during Miranda's Orchestra persuasion scene if you date/married to him, just to show another growth in his character after he fell for you. Oh, and he is surprisingnly a very sweet father too. His Starlight Gala scene with his kid is precious!

His source of affection and admiration towards your character is not based from stuff like how cute you are/how you are not like any other girls because you are blantantly not selfish, because you can work at farm despite being a cute girl, because you are not spoiled blah blah blah but rather from how hardworking and how peculiar you are and how much you have influenced his life with your presence.

Among other things, he compares you like the light of his life and the day without you is like a day without sun, how much grateful he is to you for you have accepted him but also changed him to be a better person and he also thanks you for teaching him abstract stuff like passion of love and joy of sharing his life peacefully with someone, which he had no idea he could even understand about before he married you. He also sees you as an equal and feels that you complete the side he lacks as revealed in his post marriage event, where you help him assisting him in one of his emergency medical call.

Tl;dr:

I enjoy being married to Ford because he gives me an equal amount of romantic and hilarity. It's also fun to see him changes and grows as he embraces his love for your character. He also values MC as her own person, respects her for her character than appearance/gender and doesn't act too posessive/clingy/controlling. Oh, and he does blush a lot when he is in love. Sometimes it's because of his own feelings towards you, sometimes because MC (and his kid) teases him and sometimes because he has just made fool of himself/did thing very unlikely of his old self just to see you smile.
