Pokemon Bank annual fee?

All other video games not related to the main farming series - Pokemon, Stardew Valley, My Time at Portia, and other indie-developed games.

I plan on downloading Pokémon Bank so I can transfer some of my Pokémon to Sun version. I know that there is a yearly fee, and I was wondering how you pay for it. Is the money taken out of your eshop account? Do you get a bill in the mail? Thanks for the help!
