Is this a glitch? (Not a glitch)

I just got married and I'm pretty sure everyone is supposed to congratulate you when you talk to them sometime within a week after the wedding.
Hector was the only person to congratulate me and give me a wedding present, everybody else doesn't say anything at all, they just give me their normal dialogue. Even uncle Frank doesn't say anything about it.
Is it a glitch? I want to see what people say and get presents :0

Maybe the rest of the villagers weren't at a high enough friendship? That's all I can think of...

I know for sure there are some people who are at a higher friendship than what I have with Hector...

I married Yuzuki! Choosing a bachelor in this game was so much harder than it ever has been with pqast games!

That's really bizarre. Have you tried talking to them more than once? Just regular dialogue upon regular dialogue? Is it just a regular day?

Ya, I tried talking to them multiple times, then I went to bed hoping the marriage dialogue would show up the next day, but there was no change.

Is your bag full? This was happening to me too, but it was just because there was literally no room in my bag for them to give me anything, so the dialogue didn't come up at all until I emptied it.

Haha, I don't think I got anything too exciting either. I was mostly interested in the dialogue though.

Wayne gave me blue cloth, then afterwards I found out that you need blue cloth to make the bigger bed so you can start on your baby making lol! I like to think he intentionally gave that to me because I broke up with him to go for Yuzuki, it's like he's saying he has no hard feelings about the breakup.
