Do accessories count as clothing for hair unlocks

Some of the hairstyles unlock depending on the number of clothes you have. I was wondering if hair items/accessories count as clothing. Some of the styles I want require a crazy amount of clothes. Thanks!

I've been trying for the hairstyles that need 30 outfits and I have well over a combination of 30 outfits and accessories. Of outfits specifically, however, I only have 26. So they haven't unlocked yet.

I'd have to say only outfits count, unfortunately.

No, they do not. Only actual outfits do.
