Yuzuki's pink heart event won't work!

So I just started the second year of this game and have been romancing Yuzuki and everything has been going just fine but for some reason I cannot for the life of me seem to trigger his pink heart event despite following all the guidelines like going into his house between 18 and 22:00 on any day other than Monday or Thursday with good weather. No events have been triggered before I see him and of course I don't go see him on festival days either. I even make sure I've spoken to everyone in all the towns to make sure the event triggers and still nothing. Please help! I wanna marry this boy!

The weather on your farm must be clear/snow, check the required weather's too

^This. Also, technically you need to walk into his grandparents' house. Yuzuki's workshop could count as "his" place, since that's where he sleeps. But the event triggers in Umekichi and Omiyo's house.
