Who did you first marry in TOT/AP?

AP I married Chase because I like smartasses

I married Owen in ToT. He was sweet but I can't remember what he's like any more really. I never got far enough in AP to get married. :[ ONE DAY

Julius in ToT and the Harvest « Harvest Goddess » in AP. Harvest « Harvest Goddess » was my favourite husband, by far, to date.

In ToT I married Maya first because she's very endearing and hilarious. Super cute too. And she's there from the beginning and I think her liked gifts were rather easy to come by. Don't remember tbh...

For AP it was the Witch. She's really pretty and I like her vibes. Her outfit and house are super cute. Also wanted all the rival couples to get married (didn't get that far though) and while it was a hassle to visit her everyday, it meant always finding her her favorite gift on the way and I was always had lumber and material stone.

Part of the reason I married the Harvest « Harvest Goddess » was so that all the rivals could be married as well. I hate leaving someone all alone ;___;

ToT: Luke. I only got far enough in the game once to get married and have a kid, before the guy I named my son after became an ex-bf. Note to self: NEVER name my character/child after someone I'm interested in/dating/online long distance. Most likely it will not end well.

Although I have 3 or 4 rainbows in my newest file, and it's only Autumn. I'm super hyped I got so far in the first year before it even ended! I also managed to pick the answers that get you two hearts with Hamilton in the tutorial-ish introductions and such. In doing so, he had 2 full hearts before I even had my own farm or finished with grumpy-buns: Craig. I actually don't mind Craig's sarcastic retorts in the beginning as you're working on their farm. He's pretty funny in my opinion. Rude kind of funny, but still funny.

But I married Luke, because of the comment in the cutscene instantly after Luke had:

That statement made me both laugh and cringe so much, he was an instant first place for marriage. Also, courting him wasn't difficult once Autumn came around. He may as well be Popeye the Sailorman with how much he loves Spinach. LOL.

Animal Parade:
Oooooh boy... I've played that so much that I've married almost all of the characters on my different files.

I married Candace first on my boy file since she was just so shy and thought the worst of herself that I wanted to make her happy and know she's worth more than she gives herself credit for. I saw a lot of myself in her insecurities. I'm not shy, though. Just very self-conscious.

I was going to marry Luke my first girl file, since he was hilarious in ToT, but ended up marrying Chase. He was just so rude in the beginning, I wanted to know why. I didn't find out, but he warmed up to my character and became a sweetheart. I've also married Luke, Wizard, Owen (personal fave.)

I couldn't and still can't stand how he flexes all the time, but he has such a sweet, kind and gentle heart in AP. I looked past the flexing... And I'm glad I did. He's my fave hubby in Animal Parade so far. ^___^

NOTE: I've married all the rival couples to each other when I married the Wizard. It was fun and challenging! Maya & Chase's rival scene. (One of them) Two words:

I am SO glad I didn't miss the 10 days limit so I can reply to your comment, Nightlight!

I see we share a mutual love for Luke's adorkable ways. He is the highest of dorks. Legendary dorks, even. He just brings such funny dialogue, cheery responses, (kindly) sarcastic comments, and he's just a huge ray of dorky sunshine that it's wonderful. He will always be the best bachelor for me in ToT. ^___^

I tip my tophat to you, Nightlight. Your comment was on point with Luke, and I agree completely with you. With the dork-levels he gives off he should come with a head's up in the game manual, LOL. "Warning! May fall for this character's quirks!"

*tips tophat* M'fellow Luke fanatic. And with that-- Oh my, hold on... *adjusts monocle* Much better. Now I shall have a jolly good time with A Wonderful Life. Adieu for now, my friend. (Went from dapper British attempt to ending with the style of the French language. I'm adopted and my dad's from England, so I love using the old timey sounding British sayings. Hehe...)

Haven't played ToT yet but for AP the first person I married was Luke! Although Rissa and Nightlight married Luke in ToT, I also married Luke in AP for his dorkiness and because 13 year old me really liked his arms and how strong he seemed to be

I enjoyed his heart scenes and the letter he sent made my little teen heart swoon. ahh, I really want to replay AP now! Always brings back good memories

& If you do play ToT, be prepared for a bit of a tougher game with stamina until you:

and it has a faster paced day system. Some advice I'd have is level up your tools quickly. Unlike AP, the only thing your watering can does when it's upgraded to Copper, Silver, Gold, etc is the amount of water it holds. (it may also take less stamina from your character. Not sure.) But you're able to charge the tool and cover more ground without needing to upgrade them to do so... Like in AP... That drove me NUTS. Finding and having Mira charge me for 25+ rare ores and getting 1. Or 3-4 at the best. -____-

But if you loved Luke in AP, much like I did, he's a RIOT in ToT. xD
Some of the things that boy says, ha! Surprised that his dad hasn't KO'd him for some of the stuff he says in ToT, LOL.
I won't put the thing that made him my INSTANT choice in ToT, but if you want to know it, I have a post up a few with a spoiler for what Luke says in ToT that I nearly died laughing at. It is a spoiler-ish cut-scene if you don't know ToT, but it's pretty great. And let's just say-- Natsume calmed him down A LOT. (Even though he's still the dorkiest dork to ever dork.)

I love that about him. <3

When I first played ToT (I'm about to start playing again!), I married Julius...although that was before I know what gay really was . When I think about it now, Julius basically IS gay! So, I'm not sure why he is an eligible bachelor for a girl? Lol. I mean, he is really sweet, which is why I think I married him, but there is something that bugs me about it now, like he's not really into women aha? Now, playing Animal Parade, I married Gill and he's an awesome husband. I worked up all the girls for the rival marriages, except for Candace, because I feel too bad for her marrying Julius for this reason, so I didn't trigger the rival events for that XD

I originally wanted to marry Calvin in ToT, then read about the glitch and realized my copy would be glitched too. Then I went for Chase, because he's very cute, but then read that both Chase and Calvin lead to a rude, hateful and angry child...so nope!! Who wants that kind of child?? Nobody lol. Also, if you marry Gill or Jin in that game, you get an ultra nerdy child, with massive round glasses that is overly mature and serious lol. So if you want just a cute, sweet child, you basically only have a choice of Owen, Toby, Luke or Julius. Not the case in AP though.

Julius...likes...women? He just really likes feminine things/beauty-centered things. Jewelry, fashion, etc. He expresses no interest in guys and pretty much still pinning over Candace until you woo him, so... *shrug*. Just cause he's pretty doesn't mean he's gay.

I've only played AP and I married Kathy. I was actually pretty surprised I ended up marrying her because I initially wasn't interested in her and was aiming for Candace/Renee. And then I kept passing her on my route to give everyone gifts and was like oh wait I actually really like her!

So now we're married and last I left off in the game she was pregnant with our first kid. I wanted to have two boys and name them Dirk and Ivan after the bachelors in GB

...I should really play that game again, I LOVED AP.

In AP, I married the Harvest King first. I like a challenge. Also he's gorgeous and characters that don't understand humans amuse me. I also intend to do New Game + and go for him all over again because clearly I'm insane. I have everything I need. The kid just has to grow.
In my second file, the Wizard. There's never been a wizard to marry before, so of course I need that. And he's also gorgeous.
And in my third file, Julius! The most fabulous of them all. I love flamboyant, feminine guys. He looks like he belonged to a visual kei band. He's perfect.

In ToT, the plan is to marry Luna first. I can't even handle how adorable she is, and I honestly like the jerk attitude she has, assuming she's still like that in ToT.
As for my other two files, I'm stuck between three guys, so I'll have to forget about one. It's Jin, Gill, and Chase. I still don't know what to do.
