Don't know if this would be considered a glitch but sometimes, when I enter one of my barns, all my animals would be standing jam-packed in the doorway. Since they're standing so close to each other, they also look like they've merged with each other. It's mostly annoying on rainy/bad weather days where it's almost impossible to get out of the barn without pushing any of them out (which I don't want to do since it makes them sad). Has anyone had this glitch or know how to fix it?

You mean something like this? Yeah, I sometimes get this. Do you have any herding pets? What I assume is that when the pets herd the animals, they're dumped off in the doorway, and they're stuck their until 7:00 feeding time, or until you push them yourself if it's after 7:00. If you're not in the barn at 7:00, animals will automatically eat their food whether or not you are inside the barns; if you are in the barn, they actually walk to their troughs for the "eat food" animation. The reason you may only see it during rainy/bad weather days might be because pets don't herd those days. Like for me, by the time I take care of my animals, most of them are outside on the sunny days. I only see all of them inside on rainy days, so that's when this issue mostly happens for me, sometimes happening to the few animals not outside yet during sunny days.

The only other theory I can think of is: You ever notice how animals will stand still, facing a single direction when you enter a barn/coop? (sometimes only for a split second, as they will begin wandering around). I feel like a potential reason for this glitch, is that they occasionally get spawned and reset in the doorway, and they're stuck until you move them. Not a big deal for moving chickens and rabbits, but you'll need to give your cows and sheep a nice shove outside, no matter rain or shine. It's not a big deal if they go outside on rainy/storm days; they're only going to gain stress and lose friendship if they're out for hours anyways. Quite the annoyance, but at least it's not the end of the world.

I'm not a game developer, so I sadly am unsure how or why they sometimes spawn in the doorway. Maybe their paths are blocked or obstructed by doodoo barn dirt?

Yeah, I have herding pets so that does make sense. I usually bolt to my animals first thing in the morning at 6:00 and although it's not every time, that's when it normally happens. I guess I'll try eating breakfast from now on so I get to the barns at 7:00 ish to see if that helps. If not, I'll just have to live with it.

I'm glad they don't get stress from being outside for a short while though, I can finally stop doing complicated parkour to get out of my barn without pushing cows/sheep outside. Thanks!
