Does anyone know all of them? I have not triggered her event in either of my files. These are the conditions I've heard:

06:00-12:00
Sunny
Enter Westown South from Crossroads

If there are other conditions, such as having to have recently spoken to certain characters or so on, I don't know what they are, but I obviously haven't met them yet, as I have max friendship with everyone and have traveled from the crossroads to Westown South many times on sunny days within that time period, so there must be a more difficult condition in there somewhere, that it's never happened for me.

Unless the event is extremely unmemorable and I've forgotten it, but I can't find any information online. It's the only event not covered on Cherubae's guide, so I couldn't check there.

People did mention something about eating lunch with her helps. I didn't trigger this either :/

Dunno if Friday is the only day you can trigger it, though. But there's still got to be something else or I'd already have gotten this event in both of my files, instead of in neither of them, since I know some events won't trigger unless you've recently spoken to certain people. I'll probably try speaking to every participant before trying to trigger this.

try to talk with the event participant (Noel, Miranda, Carrie, Collin) every day, im pretty sure all of my villagers already full FP ever since yr.2, and i kept walk from crossroad to westown on morning everyday, yet i triggered it on late yr. 3, when i keep talk with them everyday, and eventually idk how, i triggered this event

someone said you need to unlock a certain conversation with Noel+Collin
im pretty sure its about Noel mentioned Collin being dense, and Collin said Noel is such a kind-heart, but again, im not sure.

I just randomly came across this event, actually. Unfortunately, I can't remember what day it was when it triggered (« Harvest Goddess » dang it!) I do believe, though, that it was after 10:00 a.m., sunny weathered, and Carrie, Miranda, Noel, and Colin were the only characters to take part in the event, so those conditions sound accurate to me.
I'm not sure how true the "needing to see a certain conversation between Colin and Noel before it can trigger" thing is, but if it is true then I guess it would be best to share the conversation I got with Colin and Noel before it triggered for me.

The conversation started when I talked to Colin.

You know those stories the villagers occasionally tell you, that continue through several days? You need to finish one of those with Noel to trigger this event. Maybe Collin too - it certainly wouldn't hurt. I just know that it is a requirement.

Okay, thanks guys, I'll talk to Noel and Collin every day to see if I can get a new convo out of them. Not crazy about that kind of requirement as a trigger, and I don't really like Noel in particular, so I've never gone out of my way to talk to her, but at least it's the only event with a trigger like that, at least that I can remember.
