LOL. Gene BINGO, got it. I guess we'll learn more about that in the full game. Looking forward to it.Anonymous Fish wrote:If the genes are in a line diagonal/horizontal or vertical then you have a bingo.
In some of the links I gave you when they hatch an egg look at the bingo board and if they are glowing then they have a bingo

Apparently there is some items unlocked right off the bat if you had prior MH games and the Demo.
Spoilers Obviously.
Got mine at GameStop (picking it up later). Supposed to get this ... but I have no idea what it means.

Oh, well I really don't get why I would want to dress up the cat. But whatever I guess.*LaI* wrote:I got a outfit for Navirou from loading the demo data.
That seems to be a code to get those 4 monsters. Too bad preordering from the eshop gets you nothing
Yeah GameStop says there will be a code on my receipt when I pick it up. But I really don't want four OP monsters right at the start of the game, so not sure how they get put into the game.
I could have used one of those 5 mins agoLeBurns wrote:Oh, well I really don't get why I would want to dress up the cat. But whatever I guess.*LaI* wrote:I got a outfit for Navirou from loading the demo data.

Not really grinding. I imagine normal dens would have been ok. Or having fought some monsters first . It's just there was this gold one sitting there just in front of the area entrance and I had to check it out.LeBurns wrote:So grinding is required. This is good to know.*LaI* wrote:I could have used one of those 5 mins agoHad the great idea of entering a gold nest first thing in the new area. Got totally destroyed...
About the code monsters too, pretty sure there is a rank that limites the rarity of monster you can use so most likely you won't be able to use the code at first anyway.
Also if you enter the nest and there is a monster guarding it if you don't want to fight it this will come in handy:
Fight the monster and press flee until it lets you run away when you return to the nest(as you would have done if you had fought the monster and won)the monster won't be there anymore and then you can pick up materials and an egg when you want instead of having to worry about a monster(this will not work for everything such as quests).
If you want the monsters and don't wan't to fight.
