If breeding animals, do the babies have the same stats as the parent? For example, will an s-rank produce level animal breed an s-rank produce level baby? Or will the baby start over at E rank?

Nope, they only get the same personality type and half the hearts. Really, for the lack of products and how easy affection is it's not worth it unless going for achievements IMHO.

I was hoping for at least half inheritance but no such luck.
