Keep an eye on Oz Games, too, since they still list the release date as being the same as the rest of the PAL region.

Not necessarily. First of all, it's a Sunday. I have never heard of a game coming out on a Sunday, and second, most place holder dates are December 31st. Almost all of my pre-ordered games without legit release dates are 12/31.
I'm sure it'll be before the end of the year, but that date isn't likely.
