Ushi No Tane Forum

I have the green bell, but when I take it to the frame on the top floor of the windmill at Horn Ranch, it won't go on. My A button stays grey and it doesn't give me the option to put it on. What am I doing wrong?

Is it raining, a festival or to late?
I can’t remember the time frame but you can only hang it during the day.
Also if it’s raining or a festival, you cant hang it.
