Video Game Soundtracks - What's your favourite?
As the title states, what's your favourite soundtrack from a video game (or series of games)?.
For me, I'm very partial to unique sounding tracks, Oxenfree and Blue Reflection have really kept drawing me back to keep listening to them over and over.
But if I were to choose a series of games where i've legitimately loved every soundtrack from each title I played, it'd be the Atelier series (Rorona being my favourite).
And for nostalgia's sake, I adore the soundtrack to Threads of Fate as I played it a ton when I was little.
What are yours?

i love Oxenfree's soundtrack, it's really great.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf is probably my favourite (i listen to it a lot when i'm working).
those two are the ones i listen to the most outside the game. there's also a few songs i really like from Undertale (the music box sounding one, and one that i think is called Home?)
there are a lot of soundtracks i like, but don't listen to outside the game for various reasons.
like Harvest Moon soundtracks. i love the music in all the games, but i never listen to them when i'm not playing because the songs are pretty short normally.

The music from Ape Escape is so good. It's so weird and good. Dark Ruins is one of my favourites from it. And The Lost Land.
Persona games have amazing music ofc. And Shadow of the Colossus wow.
And I'll definitely second Animal Crossing New Leaf! Makes me feel immediately relaxed.

(I'm going to exclude soundtracks from Final Fantasy and Legend of Zelda, because I feel those are obvious answers and because otherwise my entire post would be just Final Fantasy and Legend of Zelda songs
.)
Lord of Magna: Maiden Heaven has a really good soundtrack, as does Stella Glow.
The Rune Factory series has some great music. I think Tides of Destiny may have my favorite soundtrack out of all of them.
Also, the Ar Tonelico series has some fantastic music. I've never played an Ar Tonelico game, but I discovered some of its songs while flipping through YouTube one day and absolutely loved it. Here are a couple of my personal favorites:

Undertale is the one I usually go to when doing chores, but I also like the soundtracks of any given Dragon Quest game (they reuse a lot of music), Final Fantasy VII, and the nighttime version of the Toucan Island theme from Animal Parade
Like others I'm a fan of Meguro's Persona music but my favorite stuff by him is from Raidou Kuzunoha and Digital Devil Saga. I second Nier Automata and Undertale, both have great and very solid soundtracks.
I love a lot of Final Fantasy music as well, particularly from VII, X, and XIV although there's tons of iconic songs from other games in the series like Decisive Battle and Clash on the Big Bridge.

I love the music of Xenoblade. Both Xenoblade Chronicles and Xenoblade Chronicles X (excluding the NLA theme in the latter, since I actually can't stand the NLA theme). I like almost all of those soundtracks, excepting only a few specific pieces. I won't link the entire (massive) soundtrack for them, but here are extended versions of my favourite themes from those games.
Gaur Plains in Chronicles gives a great mood, as does the Central Factory theme, and I love the Sylvalum Night theme in 'X'.
Looking forward to Xenoblade Chronicles 2 far more for the scenery and the music than anything else at this point, since Rex (Max?) is really turning me off as a protagonist so far (I hope the game will change my mind once I actually have it). Knowing that they have Anúna performing most of their soundtrack is pretty intriguing.
One other favourite piece is the Winter theme from SoS (1). Probably everyone here knows it well and won't need that link to know what it sounds like
(I don't count the entire soundtrack as a favourite in that case, but I do love that winter theme.)

If I had to pick one and only one, my all-time favorite series of music in gaming were the Castlevania games. Especially the ones done by Michiru Yamane, she's incredible.
Symphony of the Night
Super Castlevania IV

Oh, I forgot one of my favourite tracks from a game. The opening theme of Tales of Zestiria. I haven't noticed the rest of the game soundtrack being anything special, so the overall soundtrack can't count as a favourite, but I just love that opening/title screen theme, 'White Light'.
I like the kind of music that makes me want to work out, really hard, like adrenaline that pours in straight through your ears. It's one of the only things in the world that gives me any energy, lol, so I love having it in my games. In fact, I tend to use YouTube playlists of boss-battle music for working out to.

Persona games
Crystal Chronicles (The first one and probably my favorite of all the ones listed here)
Zelda (Wind Waker and Botw particularly come to mind)
Rune Factory
Final Fantasy (7 and up (13 has a lot of good jogging/running music))
Lost Kingdoms (1&2)
Okage
I listed the games where I liked more than 90% of the entire soundtrack

Some of my favorites have already been mentioned but I'll bring them up again because man did they leave an impression on me.
I actually find a lot of my favorite OST come from PS1 RPGs.
They are just so good. <3
Legend of Mana OST
Legend of Mana was just a great game and I recommend it enthusiastically to any RPG fan and the music is so, so so so good.
Chrono Cross
The opening still sticks with me. It gets me feeling so many things ever time I listen to it. <3
Final Fantasy 9
^ This is the whole soundtrack but I wanted to specifically highlight some of my favorite tracks here.
Vamo' Alla Flamenco
Court Jesters
Ukele Le Chocobo
Out of the Frying Pan
Another one that left a big impression on me. The game is so memorable, the setting and atmosphere is just incredible and the music is a big part of that.
Some others that I really love!
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
Professor Layton series
I love this thread because I'm doing a lot of writing this month and it reminded me of some truly great music I could be listening to. I could go on forever probably so I'll stop there for now but. I love video game music. A lot.

Hands down my favorite is the Persona 5 series.
I also enjoy Final Fantasy X.
Some Links:
Final Fantasy X - At Zanarkand
Final Fantasy X - Suteki da ne (Orchestral Version)
Persona 5 - Wake Up, Get Up, Get Out There [Soundtrack]
Persona 5 - Life Will Change <----- Probably my favorite of all time.
Persona 5- Last Surprise
Danganronpa - Monokuma's Theme
Danganronpa is my favorite for off the beaten track music. But then again, it's Danganronpa so it's par for the course.
I have more but these are all that come to mind at the moment.
