While I really dislike the art style in Light of Hope, it's still a possibility for me, because I love the 'rebuild/save the town' type of plot. But a fair few games are competing for my dollar at this time. Rime and Mario Party also come out today, and Battle Chef Brigade Next week, and I'm definitely getting that one. Then Xenoblade 2 a week or so after that and then another week or so and I've got Tokyo Xanadu ex+...and Ni No Kuni II a month later. That's more than I can afford, really. And I still want Persona 5. -___-
There is no chance I will buy Light of Hope on Steam since I don't like to use my PC as a gaming platform, but if I see reviews that interest me (I don't listen to the pointless Natsume bashing, just information on the game content itself), then I will give it another look when it comes out on Switch. Saving towns and making them all pretty again is so totally my thing that I won't be able to resist considering it when it's on a console I enjoy using
I'll be interested in hearing how the game is balanced and so on...if it was too easy or too grindy or just right, if there is any customization, etc. Anyone who buys it please do come back and let us know how it plays
