I'm still perusing a bunch of different deals before making any hard decisions, but the one thing I did jump at was Horizon: Zero Dawn for $25 on the PSN! And I've loved every minute of it so far!!!
Post your purchases here (games, prices, and where you got them) so we can share our excitement and maybe alert fellow forumers to great deals on great games!

I bought Persona 5 yesterday...waited a long time for it to be on a better sale than a piddly ten percent. Finally saw it for half price ($39.99 CAD) and snapped it up
Also bought Danganronpa 1-2 Reload for half price. ($26.74 CAD) I haven't tried it before but always intended to so figured I might as well snatch it, too. I really do love getting games I was definitely going to buy eventually anyway on a good sale.
I would also have gotten Horizon Zero Dawn at half price but the file is just too large to get digitally. It took me 8 hours to DL Persona 5 and it is almost exactly half the size, so...nope. Our internet speed just isn't high enough for huge digital purchases. :/ I want Dragon Quest Builders as well and it's on half price, too, but...I'd rather get it when it comes out for Switch next year.

Also in Canada, but a few friends bought me some awesome games for an early Christmas this year
What Remains of Edith Finch (Steam) - $13.39USD (normally $20)
Yakuza 0 (PSN) $30USD (normally $60) though apparently over at EBgames here in Canada it's $40 CAD atm, so that's also a great deal
and I bought myself a cute little indie cooking game called Cook, Serve, Delicious 2 for $7.79 USD on Steam and it's been a ton of fun so far.

I downloaded 7th Dragon III from the eShop since it was on sale (although it might be a "happens to be on sale on Black Friday sale" rather than a "Black Friday sale") and reminded me of Etrian Odyssey with its customizable party and combat. Plus dragons. And you can apparently date NPCs and your party members.
Also Nier: Automata and Horizon Zero Dawn are on sale (as some of you obviously already know.) I've played both games and I definitely recommend them to anyone debating about getting them! They're both well worth their sale prices. In fact I'm playing through HZD's DLC rn. ...and if anyone want any HZD tips I'd be happy to provide them ;D

Oh, good to know. I hand't looked on Nintendo's e-shop. I really enjoyed the demo but not to the point of being willing to pay $55 (CAD) for it. Wow, even with everything at 50% off, I can't afford all the games I want, lol. Good thing I don't drink, smoke, or ever leave the house, ha ha. Having a real life is so expensive...save money by having only a virtual one! That's the ticket...Katgirl wrote:I downloaded 7th Dragon III from the eShop since it was on sale (although it might be a "happens to be on sale on Black Friday sale" rather than a "Black Friday sale") and reminded me of Etrian Odyssey with its customizable party and combat. I still can't afford them all, though.
I also didn't know you could date in that game. That's quite interesting. I wonder how they work that in. Persona-style, maybe? Hmm...

I bought Final Fantasy XV Digital Premium Edition for $29.99USD (regular price is $74.99USD), I was going to wait until they're done releasing all the patches and stuff to play it but well.. I couldn't resist that discount.
There's a lot of great games on sale on PSN but my backlog is crazy right now so I'm trying to keep myself from buying more.
No games, but I upgraded to a PS4 Pro from my launch model PS4. It's currently installing and updating all my games.
Nice! What made you choose to upgrade, and how much did it cost you in the end if you don't mind me asking?
I bought two more games: World of Final Fantasy ($20) and Mass Effect: Andromeda ($15)! :D
