Since it's a launch model, it was 4 years old and running a bit hot. I could tell it was slowly dying, even after a good dusting. It cost $250 after trading in my old PS4 and originally saving $50 from the savings.

Well it was the day after Black Friday (Black Saturday?) but I managed to get my grubby little hands on a SNES Classic. Since I work at Best Buy, I had an inside source to know when we were going to get them in. I don’t get a discount (unless the protection counts) but yeah. Normally if I don’t work Black Friday; I avoid it like the plague. especially since the origins of Black Friday are bad...

I would have loved to go out and buy some stuff... But my Father is not well so i can't go... I bought some stuff on Black Friday once including a Beautiful Dress it was pretty Fun! Things are not too crazy where i live fortunately...

Which SNES Classic was it? Also the origins of Black Friday are bad?

Welp, I ended up getting refunded for a game, does that count? A digitally purchased game on my Switch wouldn't stop crashing, so I called up Nintendo and they refunded me my muns.


Cyber Monday sales are already up but eh, nothing I want.

I have both classics now. The NES, which cane out last year and the SNES; the one that cane out this year. (Nintendo and Super Nintendo)

As for the orgins; there isn’t concrete proof of one of the origin stories but the other origin story isn’t good either. I don’t want to give false info or start a flame war so I won’t mention it here
