Anyone knows any Cool games that takes place in the Stone Age for that matter?
I want a Farming Game that takes place in the Stone Age...!
I would like to see a Farming Game that takes place in the Stone Age with Half-Naked Cavepeople running around in a Primitive Village and stuff...
Perhaps the game could even take place around the time Humanity discovered Agriculture and stuff...
With the player going around courting the Hot Half-Naked Caveboys and Cavegirls and making some Cavebabies to help the Village grow and stuff...!

That game was my childhood! I was able to cheat and add more kids than my population limit allowed by having people have twins. It made the game freak out and let me add 8 or so extra people. Good times.Lenna36 wrote:Virtual Villagers is the closest thing that I can think of. Though the player isn't a villager, they're « Harvest Goddess ».

I think there's a Facebook game with that name or app game, whatever.Kross lover/fan wrote:^
Yes thank you; that’s what it’s called. >~<
How did I get forge!?
I considered the Age of Empire games also, but you do move on from the stone age ... and you don't see any fur bikinis, which I think is what the TC is really interested in.
i think the idea of a game with the objective of basically inventing agriculture could be an interesting one. i don't think the half nekkid cavemen love interests are super necessary though. seems a bit of a niche market. and i don't think people were living in caves when agriculture was invented, anyway. pretty sure most humans at the time were nomadic hunter gatherers who lived in tents and other such temporary housing
I love Virtual Villagers too! I have it for my DS!Lenna36 wrote:Virtual Villagers is the closest thing that I can think of. Though the player isn't a villager, they're « Harvest Goddess ».
This?Lenna36 wrote:^Do you mean Age of Empires? That one's a lot of fun. Age of Empires II is less buggy though.
My Tribe was the one I was thinking of earlier.
Yep! Forge of Empires also exists... : http://forgeofempires.wikia.com/wiki/Fo ... pires_WikiLeBurns wrote:I think there's a Facebook game with that name or app game, whatever.Kross lover/fan wrote:^

Yep! They would be living in Tents and other Primitive Housings!Kam wrote:i think the idea of a game with the objective of basically inventing agriculture could be an interesting one. i don't think the half nekkid cavemen love interests are super necessary though. seems a bit of a niche market. and i don't think people were living in caves when agriculture was invented, anyway. pretty sure most humans at the time were nomadic hunter gatherers who lived in tents and other such temporary housing
And indeed i don't think there are any games like the one i'm thinking about yet... Which is all the more reason for me to add it to my Projects List of Games i may make one Day...!
The graphics in that Fire and Ice movie remind me a lot of the old Heavy Metal movie.
The Stone-Age setting would be interesting, though it would take some very creative thinking to come up with enough 'stone-aged' themed things to grow and do. There are so many Harvest Moon clones games coming out now or being developed that getting hard to determine which to follow and track. I've must have seen a dozen this year alone either completed or under development (many of which will be released next year). Putting a Stone-Aged one out there would at least be different.

from what i understand, the whole reason agriculture was invented was so people could make beer, so i imagine hops would be one of the first crops you'd cultivate. aside from that i guess the game could consist of doing a lot of gathering wild plants in the area, trying to find their seeds, and doing some trial and error to see what can be farmed and what can't
