Yeah. Best term I have for it, at least. You have to have 50 animals die, which is usually done in a combination of starving, and building barns and coops out of fodder so they collapse and kill all the animals inside. DS is kinda crazy.

That one Rin the Vocaloid clone (Elena???) from RF:ToD and Pie from RF3 are on my shitlist as well.

I just wanted to agree that Griffin is NOT the worst candidate, he is honestly one of the sweetest guys and him and Muffy in DS is very cute.

Preaching to the choir here but Rock's pretty bad. Wasn't too big on Marlin either tbh because I felt like he was settling for Pony because Celia didn't want him. Gustafa ended up being the best bachelor in AnWL, imo.

^^ Griffin wasn't a marriage candidate in AnWL, only DSC.

Pia was a autocorrect mistake, but yeah she's super annoying/obnoxious and my #1 least favorite character in RF3. Bleck.

That one H. Goddess with the obnoxious catch phrase gets a good spot on my list too. Obnoxious and just literal game trophy wife. No events, nothing.

Skye was my favorite bachelor in DS Cute anyway, since he was hilarious.

I feel like for me, Gourmet from MFoMT was just not someone I cared to do special requirements for. I saw no interest in spending all that time wooing him.

Some of the candidates in ANB were rude: Michelle and Allen namely.


Unpopular opinion: Gustafa is my favorite bachelor of all time. Tent living hippie, with a beard and a guitar, always down to keep the peace and fight the man. Happens to also be the guys I like in real life haha. We need more candidates like him in future Bokumono games.

I've never liked the more tsundere characters, or charaterse that are too full of themselves. The ones that come to my mind at the moment are Rock, Allen, and (so sorry) Gray. They all seriously annoy me.

Other than Rock, I really hated Sierra from RF:ToD b/c she's so selfish and obnoxious, and screams when you talk to her lol. I honestly can't imagine why anyone would like her.

Like so many have said, I'm going to have to go with Rock. I seriously can't imagine Lumina being happy with him. He comes across as way too much of a jerk in their rival events, and then there's also the one where Rock used to go to her house to check out her mom...
Not to mention the event where Rock tries to get you to cheat on your husband. Blech.

"Modern" HMs: Gotta give it to Michelle for being the worst from the time you meet her to even when you commit yourself to her. Not even a brat but outright manipulative and selfish. I don't mind "high-maintenance" personalities but it felt more like you were a Pink Diamond vending machine and your worth was only measured by the valuable gems you could offer. Even when you're married, she still acts like you owe her something despite it being something like her cooking food. It's actually kinda funny how she talks about putting up a facade for others yet she's just as self-absorbed no matter your status with her.

"Vintage" HMs (GBA/Gamecube/PS2 and older): Jaime from Magical Melody. « Harvest Goddess » I never wanted to deck a candidate so bad. Arrogant and rude without a trace of humility. Even their modern counterpart, Elise, who some consider worthy of contempt doesn't get under my skin nearly as much. Like you and Jaime should work together because it would benefit both of you but noooooo...we gotta act like a hero. I know people will convince me they get nicer with friendship but I can't get past the initial attitude. The open contempt for everyone just leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
