I FINALLY finished Persona 5 yesterday. I was like 5 hrs from the end for a month or so (I got distracted by BoTW). Loved the ending!
I'm thinking I might finally take a stab at the Dragon Age series. I've heard a lot of good things about them and they've been on my list and in my Steam/Origin accounts for a while, haha. Thinking of starting with Dragon Age Origins...

Do it!!! There's quite a few of us Bioware fans around here, if you need any help or want to chat about the game feel free to make a thread if you do end up getting it!

Right now I'm catching up on Bravely Second. It's been two years since I've touched that game.
Games that are still in my backlog include:
-Stardew Valley
-Pokemon Ultra Moon
-SoS: Trio of Towns (want to get married still)
-1bitHeart
-Alicemare
-Final Fantasy XV
-Final Fantasy XIV (need to renew subscription)
There's a bunch more, but I'm keeping my most achievable ones on the list for now.

I just realized Mercenaries Saga Chronicles comes out tomorrow, not friday. I have two routes left in Men of Yoshiwara so ima' play those today so I can get them done and out of the way.
I know once the Xenoblade 2 New Game+ feature releases this month it's gonna be real hard to ignore it. Such a fun game, but I gotta prioritize!

*remembers trauma of getting dumped by Alistair* T_T
I should replay that game now that I have a more gaming friendly computer...I got the ultimate edition cheap during a really good sale on steam way back. I can play all the dlc I never got to experience with the disc version of the game.

I'd definitely recommend trying out Dragon Age!
I'm only about half way through Origins myself, but I'm quite enjoying it! And if you are at all awful at these sorts of games like I am, you can adjust the difficulty settings accordingly hahah.
Unfortunately I don't think I'm going to make much progress in my backlog this month.
My hands are in bad shape and they only hurt worse when I'm playing my 3DS, so I think I'm gonna have to take it easy for a while. It's not as bad holding a console controller, but handheld games and my computer seem to only do more harm.
It's frustrating at best but there's not much I can do about it.
That said, I wrapped up my 3oT playthrough and started on Dragon Ball Fusions, so that's something!
Also I'm really enjoying DBF right now. The sheer amount of recruitable characters and possible fusions has been a lot of fun to play around with. There are a lot of in-jokes that I'm not getting I think, given my lack of knowledge on the Dragon Ball franchise, but it doesn't really bother me either.
The only thing is, the localization feels pretty rushed in spots. But still it's been really solid so far otherwise.
It's hard to put down. </3

I finished what I was going to do with my second 3oT file (marry Lisette and get Daryl's approval) plus I finished the demo for Radiant Historia, so now I'm moving back to volume 2 of .hack//GU. I looked up where I currently am and I'm at the halfway mark. I've got to say this is probably my favorite JRPG grinding wise. It doesn't feel like a complete chore like some other JRPGs. Maybe it's because each level is only 1000 experience and you get to choose the level of the monsters. I always choose areas that are between 7 and 9 levels above my current one and I level up every other battle.
Next game should definitely be Radiant Historia once it comes out. If I beat .hack Volume 2 before then, I'm going to try and finish up my current file for Mass Effect 3 and then take a step back from it for a bit. Those 6 other files are calling out to me, but I've got to make my backlog smaller!

My backlog is pretty small, but will take a while to complete...
Rf4 won't be off my backlog until I completely manage to grind out all skills/levels, and I want to finish most of FE Warriors before the shadow dragon DLC is released.

.hack//GU Volume 2 is now complete! I'll probably wait until after Radiant Historia for Volume 3 or maybe play another Bokujou Monogatari game until Kirby comes out.

I've finished Trigger Happy Havoc, bringing my count for this year so far down to (-3), and I was going to do Danganronpa 2 next but the change in mechanics...the way the character walks around...is so off-putting to me compared to the previous game that I can't get myself to play it now that I've gotten past the opening. Weird reason, I know, but I find it disorienting...I got used to how it worked in the last game. The music is a lot more fun in this second game, but...meh. I'm still not in gaming mode.
I think I probably won't buy any new games in February, either, even though I have a list of games I am pretty sure I want already available or coming out very soon. (Portal Knights, Steamworld Dig 2, Dragon Quest Builders, Lost Sphear, Mario Party and Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology.)
But in March I am definitely getting Hakuoki: Edo Blossoms and Code Realize: Future Blessings (both for Vita). I never have any trouble polishing off otome games within about a week of when I buy them, lol, so I'm not worried about them bulking up my backlog.

All done with my fourth file for Mass Effect 3! Now I'm waiting impatiently to pick up Radiant Historia from GameStop in 11 hours from now.
Edit: I got Radiant Historia and I'm loving it! This makes me extremely excited for Atlus's new Fantasy RPG.

I brought BOTW last year and was super into it for two months... But it's so dang long and there's so much to do. I'm only at the beginning of my third temple and haven't played it in several months. I'm trying to avoid spoilers but I ended up learning the ending (because I read fanfics based off the game, in all honesty).
My backlog is terrible. I have a good 10+ games on it right now, and I'm getting a Switch soon so that'll add onto everything...
Anyone here actually finish Xenoblade Chronicles X? I brought it on launch and literally haven't played it in over a year. I haven't even gotten a Doll yet. I tried picking it up again a few months ago but I can't remember how to play and barely remember what I was doing. Yet I'm so into my file that I don't want to restart it. I doubt I'll finish the game anytime within the next 5 years tbqh.
I don't know how people handle owning several consoles at once.
