Dragon Age? Mass Effect???
I love Garrus, Alistair and Miranda. Amazingly written characters I just have so much love for them!
Can't stand Ashley and Sera though. They are just...Ugh. Too tacky.

Jacob.

I don't particularly dislike anyone, but my favourites are Jaal and Iron Bull.

Favorites:
Garrus, Alistair, Cullen, and Kaiden. In that order. I know Kaiden has a lot of haters but I really dig him. I also liked Jaal, although he is in last place.
Least favorite:
Jacob and Blackwall. I guess Ashley too because Kaiden is bae.

He's not; a better comparison to a ME romance to Alistair would be Gil from Andromeda. For me, I don't like Kaidan because I found him boring in ME1 in comparison to Ashley and Liara.
As for me, I generally like most of the romances I've come across. My favorites per main character are as follows:
Shepard x Garrus, Warden x Morrigan, and Inquisitor x Solas.
I haven't played DA2 or MEA enough myself to form an opinion regarding who I have as canon (Only really romanced Isabela, Anders, Keri, Peebee, Avela and Vetra), but I'm currently working on that...as soon as I go through my 9 current playthroughs of ME3 and when DA2 becomes backwards compatible for Xbox One (I'd rather not buy the game again since I would also have to buy all the DLC again as well). I finished my 10th, and 15th overall, playthrough of ME2 yesterday. As soon as I'm done with ME3 fully, I'll move on to Andromeda again.
I also need to go back to Jade Empire; I've only gone with Silk Fox as a romance. I'm hoping Microsoft, BioWare and EA make that backwards compatible as well.
As for my favorites, and in no particular order:
Miranda, Jack, Tali, Ashley, Liara, Garrus Thane, Morrigan, Zevran, Isabela, Solas, Cullen, Cassandra, Dorian, and Vetra.
My not-so favorites are as follows:
Jacob (Boring and bland, plus people who actually liked him got screwed in ME3)
Kaidan (Just boring to me in ME1. The only thing redeemable about him to me is that BioWare tried to give him more backstory in ME3, but it was too late for me)
Sebastian (I like the Maker lore, but he just takes it to another level.)
Keri (A fling, nothing more, and we really didn't need another asari to romance when Peebee was already a full on asari romance.)
Everyone else I'm pretty normal on. I think the one I'm most conflicted over is Leliana. Her character arc and backstory in Origins is good, but I found her Maker fascination a downfall, and it didn't help that I liked the other three options more. However, she gets SO badass in Inquisition that I wish we got that Leliana in Origins.
I know I went on for a bit; I love BioWare's games, and I'm looking forward to Dragon Age 4 while keeping an eye on Anthem.

I actually considered Ashley and Kaiden on the same level of interesting, though I was usually a lot more likely to pick Ashley for me1-3 than Kaiden. (never romanced either of them, they always seemed like bros) My favorites are established on seeing the romances I never did in game on youtube, blackwall and jacob are easily my least favorites though...

Once you start renegading Kaiden, he becomes MUCH more entertaining "Go Team Milky Way" had me dead.
Favorites: Alistair, Garrus, Iron Bull, Fenris, Leliana, Josephine
Least: Anders (I'm sorry, I feel for you, but no.), Sebastian, Liara (If bw had CHILLED on her, maybe...), Sera
(I also got really mad at BW/EA for their DLC choices, so I haven't played more than one round of DAI, so I didn't experience all the romance options I wanted to. *eternally salty*)

Favorites:
ME1-3: Garrus > Liara (that's all I've romanced). Jack, Thane, Samara, and Tali being cool shoutouts but never actually romanced. Morinth was a cool character tbh but got the maaaajor short end of the stick, but not as bad as some characters. orz.
DA: Fenris > IB > Zevran > Alistair. Shoutouts to whom I wanted to romance but for whatever reason haven't yet: Cullen, Cassandra, Leliana, Josephine, and Solas. ALSO GDI WHY WASN'T NATHANIEL EVER BROUGHT BACK sobsobsob.
ME:A: Vetra = Reyes > Gil > Suvi > Jaal > Liam. Although tbh I have yet to actually finish the game, but these are my fave rankings so far.
Least Favorites:
ME1-3 - Miranda, Ashley, and Jakob. Although it wasn't Jakob's fault too much cause they just gave him such « Cow Poopy » writing. He himself wasn't a bad dude (in fact I liked him quite a bit, he was verrrry handsome) but they made FemShep a cougar in that one and it was really creepy and of course what happens in ME3 was « Snuggly Bunny » awful. Miranda and Ashley just bored me to tears. Kaidan isn't nearly as exciting either, but I like that he is later on a man!Shep romance option.
DA - Ohhh, where to start. Well, for DA1 Morrigan was def my least favorite. Just...way too « Baaaa *glomp* ». A great character, but that's about it. For DA2, I hated Isabela which is a shame cause you'd think I'd love her but I found a lot of her comments just really aggravating as someone who loves Fenris. Anders was disappointing cause I loved him a ton in the DA1. For DA:I Blackwall was a huuuuuuge disappointment, as was Sera, and while I did grew to like her as friend she's just far too immature for me to like and take serious as a romance option.
ME:A - Peebee and Cora, tbh. Peebee is in a similar reason as Sera, just not as bad. But Cora was just so damn boring.
Overall, I'm a « Silly Duckie » for turians and I like my bisexual options. And generally I find it hard to be interested in most female Bioware romances, for some reason. But I think this mainly applies for DA. I like a lot of ME female options, but some of them tend to be locked into "strictly het" romances and « Harvest Goddess » man!Shepard was ugly imo. Still salty that Cass from DA:I was het-locked tho. I freakin' loved her.

Favorite: Garrus >>>>>>>> Solas, Cullen, Fenris, Jaal
I also liked Cassandra's romance a ton, watched my husband romance her.
I don't generally romance characters I dislike, and I've never romanced a character of theirs that I didn't like, so I don't really have a least fav one. But if we're talking which I think is the bottom of the barrel (I've at least seen all of them on youtube), and I think Bioware did a huge disservice to how they handled Jacob. The way they treated him in his romance arc left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. Also wasn't fond of Blackwall's, and I admit maybe that's probably because I had hoped his romance went in a completely different direction.
There are characters that I don't like at all (Jack, Sera, Anders, etc) but I can't really say they are my least favorites in romance, because although I dislike the characters their romances aren't bad or anything imo.
If we're talking about light romances that don't actually count towards the romance achievement or anything, the worst of the bunch imo is when FemShep has a one night stand with Vega and he's super uncomfortable after the whole thing.. Bioware, why

I didn't know we could one night stand Vega :O I dooooo wish he was a romanceable option, not really sure why they decided to not make him one. No qualm's though because I did not have the capability to cheat in Mass Effect. During my first play through I did not romance anyone during 2 because of Kaiden (got back with him in 3), and then in my second play through I romanced no one at first and then Garrus for ME 2 and 3. While I flirted, A LOT, with... everyone, I only dated the two of them in Mass Effect and I have done several play throughs.

Well, I guess I liked Ashley for ME. Others just seemed too forced.
Morrigan for DA, it just seemed so wrong but it was like our feelings went above what we knew was right or wrong. We both got in deeper than we wanted to and then took the risks to go deeper. Also liked how the romance continued in DLC's and with our child being used in later games.
Special mention to Kelly Chambers though for ME. I liked how casual the relationship was which made more sense considering I needed to be busy saving the galaxy and really didn't need a in-depth romance at the same time.
Least favorites ... really didn't enjoy any of the later romances in ME. They just kind of felt like they were in the way, forced in due to demand or something. Just didn't have much of a natural flow to them IMO.
DA, as far as those I did complete a romance with, I just didn't like Josephine Montilyet. Too fairytailish? It just didn't give a very good emotional attachment overall IMO.
