Europe DLC?

I can't seem to find this information anywhere so I thought I'd ask - did the DLC and patch for this game ever come out in Europe? I can only assume it did but the only way I could check would be to have the game itself and I'm planning on getting it only if the DLC and patch came out here. Thank you!

Looks like the free DLCs came out the same day as the game: http://www.risingstargames.com/eu/time-to-enter-the-lost-valley/ Pretty sure candidates came later worldwide.
I think the patch came out before the game launched in Europe, so probably was just part of the main game by then?
