Anybody Else Made Game Progress?

I am replaying this game, and wondering if anyone else made good progress on their land as well? Have dug out the entrance plot, made a Grand Staircase too (which I am super happy) and have purchased two cows on (23) of Spring but the got the first cow free (thank you, Hunter!) also hoping to get marry and have kids already have figured out who I am marrying.
