If you have unlocked Van, you give it to him and he'll offer you some of his Incredibly Expensive Wares, keep in mind you need 1,000,000G for that

Give the Harvest Goddes 30 gifts (I think it is 30), then he'll show up to tell you about his wednesday only store and on the 15 of every month he'll sell seasonal pets in the plaza

If you don't have a use for it, you can sell it to Won for 50,000+ G. You can keep turning him down until you get a higher price for it. You'll need to have some friendship with Won unlock his selling options.

The Goddess gives you the beach house when you have offered 150 gifts (1 gift count per day).
